Wake up in this Quite Paradise located right in the heart of New Port Richey. It's renovated and well equipped, very close to the beach. We are happy to share our well-proved insider tips with our guests to enjoy Tampa Bay Area at its best!
This spacious villa is a perfect family vacation getaway! It is surrounded by a large screened heated pool that has a full patio set with chairs and BBQ where you can enjoy and relax in the Florida Sunshine.
This home is ideal for family vacations seeking a home close to the exciting attractions!
We are thrilled to tell you about this beautiful, 3 bedroom home on Port Richey!!! Located in the Westport Community, this recently renovated home has a private pool and scenic wooded views

Entering the home, you'll be impressed by the open floor living room, which is highlighted by the built-in lights. The massive sliding doors allow in an abundance of natural light. This main living room area has comfortable, modern furnishing which faces the 55" plasma television. Between this area and the kitchen, you'll find a large dining table with seating for 6 guests.

Moving into the renovated kitchen area, you'll appreciate the upgraded cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The central island provides a great spot for prepping meals & entertaining, and it boasts two additional stools for seating. From the kitchen area, you can access the lovely screened pool area.

Perhaps the most exciting part of the home, however, is the outside back deck area. Spend your days taking a swim in the large pool or relaxing in the chairs. Imagine yourself enjoying a cup of coffee while taking unique wildlife overnight playing card games with friends and family on the cozy screened pool.

Great Experience

We rented this property and had a wonderful time, especially meeting my great-nephew for the first time. The house was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We all enjoyed swimming and relaxing together. It was a great experience overall—I highly recommend this property!

Great little spot close to everything

The property was amazing, some of the furniture listed on online listing was different, but the inside was great. The pool was amazing. The neighborhood looks like it is being rebuilt, but no issues at all. The property manager was easy to get a hold of. It is close to the highway the beach a few minutes away. I will definitely book here again.

Overall, the house was perfect for our one night stay in transit to our cruise. The house was clean with plenty of space for our family of five and our daughter loved the pool. Claudia was great to communicate with and gave great restaurant suggestions in the area. We were a little concerned about the neighborhood at first but soon realized that this area was hit hard by two back to back hurricanes so many homes on the street are under renovation. The street is very quiet though and we never felt unsafe during our stay.
