1. Music MUST be off by 10 pm in the patio area. After 10 pm, keep noise volume to a conversational tone with NO music. No parties of any type.

2. By 12 am, noise of any type should not be present in the patio area or outside the house.

3. No loud music after midnight inside the house. We want our neighbors to have a good rest. The music cannot be heard in the outside area.

Great place, needs attention and a deep cleaning

Wish someone would have gave it a deep and through cleaning! Black feet and socks from the dirty floors. The outdoor kitchen was very unclean and unkept. Bedding was old and lumpy. Kitchen ware was gummed up with old use. No kitchen towels or washcloths.The provided spices and dry goods were unusable and actually lumpy. I think a lot was overlooked.

Great property.

The house was amazing! Everything we needed was included. Like dishes, towls pool was clean and up to shape. The outdoor kitchen was amazing. Overall a 10/10 . Looking forward to returning in june.

Nice outdoor space

I rented this place for the outdoor space, and I did not disappoint. The outside kitchen, seating area and pool were all great!

Beautiful home

This home was exactly what we wanted!! Everything that you could possible need in the kitchen. The pool was perfect. We rented this house to stay for my sons graduation. Prior to booking I got the okay from the owner to have a bbq with his friends that he graduated with. We had a blast and can not thank the owner enough. The master shower was amazing. I do not think my mom or son left the pool the whole time we were there.

Our family has created many memories at Sunny Days Pool Home by visiting close shops, popular attraction, and most importantly the ocean. My ideal of fun is traveling with my family and blending with the beauty the sunshine state has to offers. Communication is my motor; I am socially driven and love to make connections while getting to know people all around the wall.

Sunny Days Pool Home welcomes ALL guests to enjoy the convenience of being close to the Gulf of Mexico with quick access to popular beaches (Clearwater, St Petersburg, Honey Moon Island, etc ) and Tampa. Is you wish to remain local, New Port Richey has much to offer. Ride in less than 5 minutes to down town New Port Richey that is always full of local events ALL year round, eat by the water with a beautiful view out of the many restaurants by US-19 (0.5 miles from the house), entertain yourself with favorite attractions such as cart racing, hiking, visiting the famous Sponge Duck in Tarpon Spring, renting a boat or fishing in a city full of providers. Do not forget to dive into many local beaches and to visit the recognized Weeki Wachee Spring. New Port Richey is all about nature and outdoors. It is a city that represents well what living in Florida feels like.
