Enjoy with your family this Provençal villa in the quiet countryside which offers good times in perspective while being very close to Aix-en-Provence.
This very bright villa has a beautiful garden with swimming pool. You have bedrooms including an independent master suite.
The living spaces are large and bright. You will appreciate the sweet song of the cicadas in summer.
Once past the entrance of the house you arrive on a large dining room as well as a pleasant living room. To the right you have the fully equipped kitchen with a small dining table also with a view of the garden and the swimming pool.
You then have a separate toilet, then a laundry area with a shower, practical to cool off in summer.
After that, still on the first floor you have a bedroom which also serves as an office with a single bed.
To finish you have the large master suite in a quiet area which has its open dressing room as well as a large bathroom with bath plus shower. This suite has a baby bed, the room is quiet and air-conditioned.
Upstairs you have the 4 remaining bedrooms as well as a shower room and toilets.
You have various shops near the Villa:
- a peasant and shopping area 5m by car with fishmonger, butcher, baker, fruit and vegetable greengrocer etc...
- the Village of Puyricard with its shops also 5 minutes away by car.
- Access to the city center of Aix-en-Provence in 10 minutes by car.
We want you to have the most pleasant stay possible. Gauthier first of all is personally available to welcome you, give you advice, recommendations and answer your questions.
On arrival, you will have:
- very good quality sheets, as well as two towels per person;
- "Nespresso" coffee and choice of tea;
- everything you need to cook (spices, salt, pepper, oil...);
- a welcome tray with some treats;
- miscellaneous: paper towel, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, etc.
