Located in Lely Resorts Greenlinks community, this condo is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that sleeps six people comfortably (living room has a sleeper sofa). 2021 upgrades to this unit include Cortec plus flooring throughout including bedrooms. Great condo!!

This property was just as described. The condo is in the GreenLinks neighborhood of the beautiful Lely Resort. The back porch overlooks the golf course which we enjoyed a beautiful view every morning while sipping on our coffee. The condo was clean and equipped with everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable and the living room furniture made us feel like we were at home. The condo is in a great location and is about a five minute walk from a very nice pool. The welcome gift basket was a nice touch! I would highly recommend staying at this property and would definitely consider returning. The only small recommendation that I have is to add some room darkening curtains in the master bedroom. Other than that, this property is perfect!!

Quick weekend in Naples

We spent a quick weekend in Naples visiting family. This property works so well for us. It is convenient to family, and very easy to get anywhere in Naples in no time. Perfect location for us and the unit was in great shape. We will be back again.

Great Stay at Greenlinks

We had a wonderful time at this property. Our family of four (kids ages 9 and 12), stayed for four nights. The pictures were a very accurate depiction of the unit. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms were comfortable and it was really nice to have the extra space to spread out as a family. We used the pool (a short walk away), daily. Adele was extremely responsive, even replacing a broken Keurig machine within two hours of our first communication. We would definitely recommend and if we are in the Naples area would stay here again without hesitation!

Nice Condo

We had a great time in your lovely condo. Well equipped, clean and comfortable. I would suggest updating your welcoming materials regarding golf privileges, health club access and procedures to open the new door lock. Easy access to surrounding areas and excellent restaurants was a pleasure.

Awesome!

Great location and fantastic golf experience! The condo is better than advertised and has everything that you need for a great stay. We had no trouble getting tee times on both the Mustang and Flamingo courses. The restaurant, Sam Sneads, is right next door and the perfect place to grab a bite. The Lely resort is high end and provided a great environment for our vacation!

Delightful stay in Naples

My family loved our stay at Greenlinks! The owner included so many things to make this condo comfortable - beach towels, bath towels, plenty of linens for the sofa bed, cozy blankets, K-cups and creamer, and travel size toiletries all made this condo feel like home. The Greenlinks property is lovely and well-maintained. We would absolutely recommend this condo to friends looking for a relaxing place to stay in Naples area. Thanks for hosting us!

Great vacation spot

We had a great week at the condo end of March 2023. The condo was well represented in the VRBO description and everything was clean and ship shape when we arrived. The pool area was a highlight of the stay, nicely busy without being overcrowded. Lely resort is well positioned between Marco Island and Naples with many good restaurants within 20 mins drive.

Great relaxing vacation.

The property was immaculate upon arrival. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable living room and Lenai. Bedding areas were comfortable. All presented amenities were as stated. Great stay!

Stayed for 10 days, the unit was clean, comfortable, and the location was so convenient to everything. Great setup, with everything we needed in the unit. It was nice to even have a small cooler and icepacks in the freezer. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Short & sweet

Adele is wonderful. Answered all my questions very promptly, and when I struggled with the lock she was immediately on the phone to help. The condo was clean, well-stocked and inviting for my sisters and me, who were here for a Celebration of Life for my late mother. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.

Great condo for a one-week getaway

Very comfortable, well equipped condo. Southern exposure allowed for both sunrise and sunset views…just step out of the screened-in patio and enjoy the view. Weather was very nice and the warm days were welcome. Parking convenient…Sam Snead’s within walking distance good place to get a snack. Abundant grocery stores a short drive. Traffic in Naples and Marco heavy at times, but this place in halfway between and neighborhood very quiet. Strong recommendation!

Wonderful condo!

We had a great time staying at this condo. The community pool is great, and the location of the resort is perfect. A short 15-20 min drive to the Naples Pier and it is close to lots of restaurants/grocery stores. We had couple issues while we were there and the host responded immediately and was extremely helpful. Would definitely come back again!

Fantastic apartment

We loved it here. The apartment is spotless and well stocked. We extended our stay from 5 days to10. The location is superb, being a 10 minute drive to town. The estate is beautiful. The pool and gym are great. Will stay again.

Wonderful golf and swim location!!

This was a last minute booking as our original travel plans were cancelled by the airline we were flying. This was an amazing trip! This owner was an excellent, quick communicator and the unit itself was so clean, comfortable and in a beautiful setting! My Hubble enjoyed golf and we all loved the community and pool!! Close to great restaurants and the most beautiful beach…Naples may be my new favorite place to vacation! Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us!!

Wonderful Stay at The Birdie Villa!!

We had a wonderful time on our vacation! Condo was beautifully decorated, everything seemed like brand new! The condo was immaculate, so so clean! Very comfortable bedding, cozy blankets, lots of towels and beach towels to use too! Gorgeous view of the golf course, with sunrise and sunset views. Adorable screened in lanai with ceiling fan to keep us cool. All the extras were thought of - beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, tennis and pickleball equipment. Great location, easy walk or bike to community pool. Great trails for walking and biking with a ten minute bike to Starbucks/Chipotle (great for teens) and shopping plaza. We rented bikes from Happy Beach Cruisers, they were wonderful, delivered bikes right to us! Loved being located in between Marco Island and Naples, made it easy for us to head to the beach, dinner and shopping. The Lely grounds are meticulously manicured, such a beautiful place to stay. We highly recommend The Birdie Villa, missing it already!!

Beautiful Trip

My girls and I (5 and 7) had such a great trip! They loved their room and accommodations were spotless. Beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the extras like the tennis rackets and balls for some extra play options. The pool was great and we made lots of friends. Everyone was very friendly and fellow guests were kind and helpful. We used the kitchen fully and it had everything we needed. We even invited a couple of friends over for dinner and were able to enjoy the spacious dining area. Adele was wonderful and prompt in resolving any question we had. The special touches to make us feel welcome as soon as we arrived were very much appreciated. I hope we can come back and stay again soon!

Excellent location and updated space

My parents and I had a great stay. The place is updated and modern with a beautiful view onto the golf course. The community is great for walking, relaxing by the pool, etc. We were greeted with a booklet of information, bottle of wine and chocolates. Would recommend adding some additional elements like extra towels, paper products, toiletries, etc. Bikes need to be rented if you’re looking to explore the area. The main bedroom bathroom door is also quite sticky and seems a bit off track so hopefully a quick fix ahead of the next guests. We had great weather so left relaxed with a great tan!

Lovely Lely!

Communication with the property owner was easy. Even better was the quality of the accommodations! A great location overlooking the golf course - and very near to restaurant and outdoor pool facilities. All attractions in nearby Naples were less than 30 minutes from the property. A good value for a high-end rental.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is in excellent condition and very well stocked. It is extremely spacious and the view of the golf course with it's sunrises and sunsets is breathtaking. We highly recommend it.

Relaxing Condo in Naples

We decided to rent last minute in Naples for Christmas and luckily found Adele’s condo in Grand Lely Resort. It was wonderful! Adele was so quick to respond to any questions prior to our stay. The condo was beautiful and pristine when we arrived. It had everything we needed. It was fun overlooking the golf course from the screened porch! The resort grounds were beautiful and down the road from my sister’s house. We’d rent here again in a heartbeat!

Adele was born in South Africa before relocating to Canada in 2000. She appreciates the Warm Sunshine state of Florida and bought a home in 2014 in Masters Reserve, Lely and recently a Condo in Greenlinks, Lely in Naples, Florida.
In her heart and soul, she is a “beach girl” having grown up at the Coast in South Africa, thrives in the warmth and beauty of the sunrises and sunsets. Adele is grateful for the opportunity’s life has presented to her. Adele bought her home and condominium decided to rent them out to selective individuals who appreciate a loving home full of comforts while on vacation. She runs a successful business in Toronto, married and has two girls, two dogs and a cat. In her spare time, she enjoys running (even outside in the Canadian winter!), spending time outdoors, gardening, cooking, and any opportunity to get down to Naples.

Personal service - local Onsight individual taking care of any needs immediately that are urgent you may have or call me directly to help.
Location - walking distance to Sam Sneads, Club house for golf, club house pool, hot tub, including bocce ball, tennis, Naples 5th avenue a 15 min car drive, Marco Island and many other attractions and top Restaurants, shopping Naples has to offer. Greenlinks is a "retreat" away from the hussle and bustle of "tourists" and escape to a beautiful neighborhood in Lely Resort.
