Enjoy direct beach access, a resort-style pool, sweeping ocean views, and stunning sunsets in your completely updated beachfront condo. On 12th floor of a gated community, this home puts you right on the sugar-white sand shores. Take in the turquoise water from your large lanai or spot the wildlife in the lagoon as you watch the sunset. The condo is completely updated with luxurious finishes like quartz countertops, comfortable bedding, flat screen TVs throughout, new A/C and modern bathrooms.

Start your day at the breakfast bar and get ready for the beach in modern bathrooms with subway tile showers. Take in the view from the King size bed in the master bedroom with direct balcony access, a queen and twin in 2nd room and sofa sleeper in the living room to fit up to 6 guests. Flat screen TVs throughout, full Wi-Fi, and a new A/C you can come back from the beach with all the comforts of home.
Located less than a mile from some of the island's top restaurants, stores, and the farmers market you’re right in the heart of the island.

NOTE:
*Though condo is beachfront, it is about a 5-10 minute walk in the sand to the ocean.
*South Seas Association charges a $100 parking fee covering the period of rental for one vehicle.
*Washers and dryers are available on the same floor for nominal fee

This condo was a perfect choice for our stay. Even though we were a party of 5 we never felt crowded. The space is beautiful and immaculate. Location was great, right next to beach yet walkable to several restaurants.

Perfect Family Getaway

Great location for exploring southwest Florida

Loved the proximity to the beach as well as the amenities of the property (pool and pickleball/tennis courts specifically). The owner provided a wonderful array of beach equipment and supplies. A slight snafu at check in since we arrived after 5pm, but it was resolved the following day. The condo was clean, comfortable, and met all of our needs for a great week's stay.

What a wonderful stay on the beautiful Marco Island. Located on Tiger tail Beach, the views from this condo were absolutely amazing. Short 1/2 mile walk to the waterfront this beach was great for beach walks, shelling and lounging. The condo was well equipped for trips down to the beach (wagon, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and beach toys available for use. The condo had a fully equipped kitchen and we enjoyed cooking our fresh catch and morning meals that we ate on the lanai which had great seating options. The master bedroom and living room area were very comfortable and we were thrilled to watch the Olympics on the large screens.The bathrooms were also very nice with great water pressure, towels, soaps, and travel sized shampoo and conditioner. We did not use the amenities (pool or pickle ball courts) but people appeared to really enjoy these spaces.My only caution is to be aware that laundry is not in the unit but on the floor and you purchase a card to use the machines. Some of our favorites in the area are Big Al's sandwich shop, the seafood market in Goodland, Le Bee's fish co. in Olde Marco, and venture to Everglade City for Triad Seafood.Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Nicely updated condo. Comfortable beds, fluffy white towels, everything was nice.

South Seas is an older 1970's building, this condo has been updated recently and is very tastefully decorated.

Family vacation

This condo was very clean and organized. The owner was very attentive and easy to contact. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach but they had a nice wagon in their condo which made things easier. I will recommend this place 100%

Great Condo

The condo was beautiful and appears to be recently updated! It has a great view from the location on the 12th floor! It’s a bit of a walk to the ocean (.33 of a mile), but with the wagon, chairs and umbrella, it’s doable! The place worked well for 2 adults and one child. He loved the pool!

Beautiful Place

Gorgeous inside- all new and beautiful! Bathrooms- especially showers were new, fancy, and very nice! Kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed, which was nice to order food in and sit on porch and enjoy the scenic view for dinner. Porch was nice and had plenty of furniture. Beds, pillows, and sheets were extremely comfortable. Only complaint- washer and dryer- you need to purchase a card for ten dollars, and then more money to access the washer and dryer- washer/dryer listing was misleading.

The dream life!

My husband and I had an amazing experience in Marco. Loved the communittee of this place, the proximity to the beach and restaurants. The condo was beautiful and spacious. Loved all the beach equipment that was provided!! Even though it was only us visiting, would definitely love to come back again with the whole family. There was a mix up in our checkin process. However, I still gave this area 5 stars as the host compensated us 100 fold for the inconvenience. He exceeded our expecations and 100% treated us with respect. Looking forward to coming back again.

THE BUILDING IS FAR FROM THE BEACH.The AC unit is very noisy but owner said he couldn't do anything about it.There is demolition and renovation work in the building which is not extraordinary but unpleasant specially when they rip up all the floor tiles in our floor starting at 8 AM(12th Floor).AC thermostat is not to be set below 75degrees F.

Great place

This place is exactly as listed. It has extra beach towels, sand buggy, beach umbrella, cooler and other beach toys. It has all the cooking utensils and pots and pans to cook whatever you want. (It doesn’t have a grill in unit). The only thing that wasn’t listed is that the air conditioner needs to be set at 75, and the rooms do not have built in ceiling fans. So for us Northerners it got HOT at night! They did have a box fan, but it vibrated/bounced/rattled. There was a slight snafu in check-in, but the management company was great and came over in less than 15 minutes to check us in (late night check in even).

The condo was as described and well stocked and nice furnishings and colors..Great location within Marco..Communication with owner was great...Check in was a bit odd - as you need to go to the "office" in Tower 3 to get a parking pass and other information which I didn't see mentioned anywhere - but another guest helped me with that so, it all worked out...maybe there should be a note with instructions in the key packet you pick up ?And just know that you can't see the sunset from the condo's balcony...if that's important to you (but, walking to the beach to view the sunset was a great option)thanks!
