Amazing 2-bedrooms apartment in front of the Colosseo

As you can see reading all the other reviews, we work everyday to give the best quality service to all our guests, and for reaching their best satisfaction. As Nicoletta wrote in a private message and in person, we have been working in this sector for years and it is not usual to disturb customers and their privacy. As explained, in those days, the owner was reorganizing the spaces of the 3 suites in order to improve the hospitality for the future: unfortunately, we weren't able to keep everything under control and this created some inconveniences. The apartment that was offered to you for the relocation (because of the reorganization works the owner was doing) is a studio, at the same time it is absolutely on the same level of the other apartment: unique view of the Colosseum, same furniture, quality and amenities. Obviously, we first asked you if you would have accepted the relocation, and secondly we immediately sent a money refund. Again, we do not normally have this type of issue, and the problems were due to the reorganization works we were doing in those days, as you saw in person. We really appreciated the kindness and comprehension expressed when we came to apologize in person, and again, we express our greatest apologies for the inconvenience during your stay.
