Through our front door, you'll be greeted by our bright, open concept living room, kitchen and dining area. Our living room is complete with a plush sectional, cozy lounge chairs, 65-inch Smart TV and working fireplace - this is undoubtedly our favorite part of the house! Our kitchen features a huge island, high-end appliances and a four-top dining table, which looks out into the backyard. Here, you'll find everything you need to create all your favorite meals, drinks and baked goods. Immediately to the right of the front door, you'll find the stairs leading up to our second floor as well as a second round four-top dining table. Off the kitchen and dining area, step out onto our outdoor living space, which features a large patio, gas grill, and fenced-in yard. This space is perfect for a friendly game of catch or firing up some delicious backyard BBQ! Back inside, head down the hall to our private home office. This space provides the perfect place to catchup on emails or hop on a Zoom call. This room also features a stunning bay window, which looks out onto the front yard.  In between the two upstairs bedrooms, you'll find a second living space. Cozy up on our comfy sofa to watch a game or enjoy a movie on the 35-inch Smart TV!



When it's time to settle for the evening, cozy up in any of our FOUR luxury bedrooms. Choose from:

(1) Our Master bedroom, which is complete with a King-size bed, walk-in closet, dresser, 44-inch Smart TV, en suite bath and direct access to the back patio.

(2) Our first Queen bedroom, which features a dresser for storage, plenty of natural light and a nearby bath.

(3) Upstairs, our second Queen bedroom, which has a walk-in closet, large dresser and en suite bath with a jacuzzi tub.

(4) Finally, the second upstairs bedroom, which features two Twin beds, a walk-in closet, private seating area and nearby bath.



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

Located in mid-town Fayetteville, close to public transit and with access to rideshare/taxi.

★ Not pet-friendly.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.

- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
