Just 100 m from the sea, this 50 m² apartment is perfect for a small family or a couple with a baby. Bright, functional and ideally located, it offers an excellent comfort/location ratio. Enjoy immediate access to the beach, shops and many activities in Valras-Plage and Sérignan—all within walking distance.

– 1 bedroom with single bed (90 cm)
– Living room open to a fully equipped kitchen
– Bathroom with shower
