Welcome to Bailey Lane Retreat—a beautiful single-level home on a quiet cul-de-sac with stunning 360° mountain views. You’ll be just 8 minutes from Powder Mountain and Nordic Valley, and 25 minutes to Snowbasin!

Relax in the private hot tub and cube Sauna, fire up the Ooni pizza oven, or unwind in the game garage with foosball and arcade fun. With bright, cozy living spaces and fiber-fast Wi-Fi, this mountain escape is the perfect year-round retreat for families and adventure seekers alike!

Step into a light-filled open living, dining, and kitchen area that blends warmth and style! The fully equipped kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and all the essentials for home-cooked meals. Sliding doors lead to a patio with panoramic valley views, a hot tub, BBQ grill, and Ooni Pizza Oven—perfect for après-ski evenings under the stars.

Everything was so perfect, easy access, perfect location for trips to Bear lake and all surrounding areas. Place was clean, hot tub excellent and really nice to have the garage doors open while hanging out in that area. Thank you so much Jake!

Jake we loved our stay. The property was great. It was convenient, quiet, clean and surrounded by a beautiful view. The hot tub was clean and just what we needed after a week of hiking. The garage is converted into a game room with a couple leather couches huge TV foosball several video games. My teens thought it was perfect!

Beautiful location amazing views

Had a great little trip w the family. Enjoyed the hot tub and pizza oven. We made our own pizza for the first time thanks to the dough mix and ingredients left for us! Great property management. Comfortable beds. Love me our stay here!

Great place for me, my sister and 92 year young Mom to have a nice girls get away together. Home was comfortable, clean and in a quiet location. Kitchen had adequate dishes etc. to easily prepare meals. Pizza oven was a great addition, be sure and read instructions for making pizza BEFORE you start to make them if you've never used a pizza oven before, also bring a little cornmeal or flour and some parchment paper with you. We enjoyed the outdoor eating area, being away from crowded city life, relaxed one afternoon sitting by stream up a canyon. Beds were comfortable. Super easy check in and check out. Communication with property management was easy and they responded quickly to questions. Would stay here again.

Winter getaway

Had a great trip to the Eden area for a few day getaway. The house was perfectly situated for our plans, and everything went great. The house was as advertised and nicely maintained. We would rent the house again.

AMAZING!

We picked this home bc of the mountain view and the hot tub. They did not disappointBut everything about the home is great! Management team is also great. We had a few hiccups but they were quick to respond and make things right. I've already recommended to friends.

This was a fantastic house for a quick family and friend getaway. Host was very detailed, responsive, and helpful in making sure we had everything needed to have a great time. Views in every direction were beautiful. Absolutely recommend.

Incredible stay

We had a great time in that house! The view from the living room and master bedroom was incredible and the house is located in a calm neighborhood. The communication with the owner of the house was very satisfying. He replied quickly and was helpful. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Fantastic house with game room.

2nd stay for me at this house. It is a wonderful property. Jacuzzi with a view of North Ogden Pass and Nordic Valley ski resort. Clean and comfortable.

Beautiful home with gorgeous views

Jake made it very easfy for us to have a lovely vacation. The house is beautiful, well-maintained and well stocked with all the basics. We greatly enjoyed ourselves ...our son and his wife and their two babies came one weekend and they really enjoyed it too. We would definitely stay here again!

wonderful stay

Great property and location. Our group stayed at this house for a family ski trip. The property is new, clean and well appointed. Communication with the property manager was very easy and they were very responsive. This house had everything we needed, had stunning views and was perfectly located to easily access Powder Mountain each day. Would not hesitate to book again if returning to the area.

Great spot from which to ski Powder Mountain

Very nice home, as advertised and the owner is an excellent communicator. We had a minor plumbing issue that was resolved in less than two hours.

Perfect for family ski trip

The property was simply wonderful. Location couldn’t be better for Powder Mountain, SnowBasin and Nordic Valley. House was very clean, well stocked and super comfortable. My boys enjoyed the hot tub and games immensely, and the layout of the house was great for our family. Jake the owner was also very responsive. Will certainly return!

Nice and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was comfortable and clean. There were extra sleeping mats which made it possible to spread out a bit more which my kids appreciated. (They are not fond of bunk beds.) The kitchen was stocked with all the supplies we needed. We loved the beautiful views. Jake was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

One our favorites VRBO's ever

Seemingly brand new everything with higher end fixtures/furnishing, comfy beds and couch, lots of pillows (which we love). Great hot tub, great sunset view. Kitchen had everything we needed. Be aware that if you're planning on using the "3rd bedroom" (aka the heated garage), the space is heated with a on wall heat pump. Owner communication couldn't have been better as we had a couple minor issues that were quickly resolved- even on a holiday. Kudos to Jake. super close proximity to Powder Mountain is key! Can't wait to go back
