This home provided the space that we needed for ten adults. The kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor lawn was large enough for outdoor games. The home was clean with the exception of the upstairs bathroom which was not. Some of the beds were very high and difficult for petite women to climb into. With the exception of the few complaints we enjoyed our stay in this home and would have stayed longer if we could have.

This house was perfect for our extended family of 17 adults and children over the July 4th weekend. There are great spaces for gathering - a huge family dining table, a deck with beautiful views of the mountains, the patio with a fire pit - and one of the best-stocked kitchens we've ever encountered in a VRBO rental home. We enjoyed all the amenities this home provides, from the hot tub to the theatre room to roasting marshmallows at the fire pit, and we had fun on the lovely back lawn playing corn hole, frisbee, and setting up a few rounds of croquet (which we brought from home). There are lots of great family-friendly activities in the area - we rented paddle boards at Pineview Reservoir and cooled off in the lake, we had a great hike filled with abundant wildflowers to the Paper Airplane sculpture that even our youngest kid (age 6) could enjoy, and we went into Huntsville to enjoy the town fireworks show. The beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and spend time together. We would definitely rent this house again!

We're Amy & Gregg — we live in Park City and host the Eden Dream Home ourselves, and we know this valley the way locals do. Biking trails right outside the door, winter days skiing and snowboarding at Powder Mountain, summer afternoons at Pineview — it's a place that makes memories all on its own. We keep the home pristine for every group, and we hope you'll feel the same joy, adventure, and sense of belonging that makes it so special.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Nestled in the heart of Eden, Utah’s Wolf Creek Valley, this neighborhood is the perfect blend of small-town charm and outdoor adventure. Here, you’ll wake up surrounded by mountains, fresh alpine air, and endless opportunities to explore.

In winter, you’re just minutes from Powder Mountain, Snowbasin, and Nordic Valley — three world-class ski resorts offering terrain for every ability. Powder Mountain, in particular, is known for its uncrowded slopes, authentic vibe, and some of the best snow in the West.

In summer, Pineview Reservoir (7 minutes away) becomes the hub for boating, paddleboarding, swimming, and relaxing on sandy beaches. Golfers love the Wolf Creek Golf Course, right next door, while hikers and bikers will find miles of scenic trails starting right from the valley.

Despite its peaceful setting, Eden offers great local dining, shops, and a full-service grocery store, all just minutes from the home. Whether you’re here for adventure, relaxation, or both, this neighborhood is the perfect basecamp for your mountain getaway.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The Eden Dream Home was designed for making memories. Unlike many rentals, this is a true custom-built home — thoughtfully designed and immaculately maintained, with space for 22 guests to gather without ever feeling crowded. From the huge private hot tub overlooking mountain peaks to the theater room made for movie nights, every detail is here for connection, relaxation, and fun.

Set on a private half-acre in the Wolf Creek Golf Resort community, the home offers both seclusion and convenience — steps to the course, minutes to Powder Mountain, and just seven minutes to Pineview Reservoir. Guests love the touches: comfortable beds with crisp linens, individually heated bathrooms, fireplaces, and a deck that frames sweeping, unobstructed valley views.

And here's the part big groups notice most: the dining table seats everyone, the parking fits everyone, and the backyard gives everyone room. This isn't just a rental — it's a home where families come together, reconnect, and create traditions.
