THE YELLOW HOME is a charming lake view vacation for up to 6 guests.
Surrounded by tropical plants in a quiet and safe neighborhood in Lehigh Acres. Shopping possibilities nearby.
Amazing water view from the huge pool/patio area and 1990 sq ft living space on one floor.
One Master suite and 2 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a very large patio and pool deck area to enjoy the Florida outdoor lifestyle at the fullest. The pool is heatable (solar) and you will also find a lounge area.
The open great room combines a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and granite countertops, dining area and living room with large flatscreen TV. Enjoy cozy hours on the comfortably large leather sofas. The house offers easy to maintain ceramic tiles, complimentary Wi-Fi and central air-conditioning.
The lounge area has sliding doors to the patio and pool deck area. Enjoy the Florida lifestyle in this very private vacation home with many pleasant indoor and outdoor meeting places for activities and retreats.
The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, TV, closet and the en-suite bath. Enjoy Pool deck access through bathroom and sliding doors in the bedroom. Enjoy endless sun hours, ice-cold drinks, read a book on the sun chaise and be impressed by the spectacular sunset.
Outside you will find a large dining table for 6 and an outdoor kitchen with integrated barbecue grill for outdoor eating pleasures. In this home, you can always enjoy the outdoors - the fully screened lanai protects you from unwanted mosquitos.
You will find a perfect combination of fun family activities, shopping, and dining. Several golf courses to choose from in the area as well. Visit the surrounding towns like Fort Myers, Naples, Venice or Sarasota. Take the ferry to Key West. Orlando, Tampa and Miami are only a 2-3-hour drive away.

SERVICE ANIMALS:
It is our pleasure to accept your group and your service animal.
Please answer the following questions legally allowed by the ADA regarding your service animal.
1. Is the service animal required because of a disability?
2. What work or task has the service animal been trained to perform?
We do not charge extra for a service animal, nor do we increase the security deposit. Guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or the service animal.
Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective controls. The animal must be under control by the handler at all times therefore never left alone at any time.
If we discover a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal, we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to government authorities and to evict the guest(s) without further notice. In the latter case, there will be no right to a refund for unused rent.
