This well-maintained, fully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house offers plenty of space, comfort, and privacy perfect for individuals, couples, or small families. Located in a peaceful, convenient neighborhood, its an ideal place to call home, now featuring a brand-new heated saltwater swimming pool for year-round enjoyment.

Master Bedroom:
A large, private room with ample closet space, a personal en-suite bathroom, and a Smart TV for your entertainment.
Additional Bedrooms:
Two cozy, well-lit bedrooms with generous space and storage. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a Smart TV, and both share access to a full, modern bathroom.
Living Room:
A bright, open-concept area with plenty of natural light featuring a Smart TV, perfect for relaxing and entertaining.
Workspace:
A dedicated workspace station with a monitor ready to plug in your laptop ideal for remote work, studying, or managing personal projects.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped with modern appliances: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker for americano and espresso.

The driveway has space for 4 vehicles. The garage is not included in the rental and is used for owner storage. Guests have full access to the driveway for parking.

This is a wonderful luxurious home. The outside patio and pool are simply killer. The host also went above and beyond for us. They let us check in early when our plans changed and were patient with me when i called them at midnight with a question about the pool alarm The house has every luxury and they even left fresh flowers and a bottle of wine for us. Amazing!

The house is a great size, has a very useful layout, is very clean, and beautifully updated. The pool was so much fun and Danay was so communicative and friendly throughout our stay.

Lovely, clean home for our family of 5. Pool is brand new and delightful to be in and around. The neighborhood is quiet, with lots of lush greenery and much birdsong. We were serenaded by a mocking bird, carolina wren, fish crow cardinal. Host was very very responsive before and during the stay.

If you’re looking for a place to stay in San Carlos Park, stop scrolling — you found it! An honest review of Casita Linda:First, the homeowner is absolutely wonderful. She graciously allowed us to check in early, which was so appreciated after traveling. But what truly makes this place special are all the thoughtful details.The very first night, we fired up the grill and cooked ribeyes by the pool — honestly, vacation perfection. If you’re reading this, then you already know the biggest draw is the outdoor space and pool area and let me tell you… it does not disappoint. The backyard is beautifully designed and incredibly relaxing. I actually own a home in the same neighborhood, so I know firsthand the challenges of creating privacy and comfort in this area, and she has absolutely nailed it.The beds are soft and comfortable, the towels are fluffy (nothing like those scratchy hotel towels), and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need — from an air fryer and tea kettle to my husband’s personal favorite: the espresso machine. There truly isn’t anything lacking here.Whether you’re looking for a peaceful getaway, a place to reconnect with family and friends, or just somewhere spotless and comfortable to unwind, this is it.
