Beautiful stay, spacious and quiet. Everything was well stocked and the host truly made you feel at home. Pool was fabulous. I would highly recommend if you are seeking a peaceful stay, exactly as described.

Awesome place!

This was our second time staying here. 8 adults and 8 children. Lots of room and the pool is absolutely wonderful. We plan to stay again next year.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, well-cared-for property! Driving through the gates felt like arriving at a peaceful, private estate which immediately set the tone for a special weekend. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, making everything so easy. We were in town for my son's wedding and had family visiting. This home was perfect for entertaining, relaxing, and enjoying the gorgeous surroundings. It truly felt like a retreat. We’ll definitely be back!

We booked this venue for our writer retreat and it was perfect! So much space and the host was so friendly and accommodating! We will definitely use this venue again.

Amazing Home Great Hospitality

We rented the Woods on Waterloo for a week long game style retreat and the space was amazing. The house is gorgeous and there is a lot of space to stretch out and enjoy. The pool area is glorious! Maudean is a fantastic host and she even provided us with chocolate chip cookies upon arrival. 100% would stay again!

What a place to host a larger group!

We had 12 adults/children staying at the property and another 10-12 coming over to visit and for dinner, etc....this property was the perfect setup for us. Unlike most rentals, it has multiple places for small groups of people to sit/roam/talk/etc and in the summer when you can use the patio/pool/outdoor spaces it is even bigger!

Better Than the Pictures

The house far exceeded our expectations and we better than the pictures describe it. Maudean was great to work with and went above and beyond what any other property owner has ever done in my past experiences. Highly recommend this property for your next stay.

We had a wonderful time with our three daughters and their families. We had 15 total and the house was very comfortable, well stocked and towels plentiful. The pool was fun for all ages. The hostess was very helpful.

Edmond Pool House

The owners were present when we arrived to show us the house and answer questions. The house is spacious and well equipped with a beautiful pool and patio which we took full advantage of. Beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water for showers. All in all one of the best houses we have rented thru VRBO.

Perfect!

The house is even more amazing in person. We had 11 people comfortably. Fully stocked kitchen with anything you would need for homemade meals for a group. Wonderful pool with floats and towels. Very quiet and serene while not being far to town for dinner or a movie. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Family Gathering Space

This home was perfect for our big party of 18 guests! The space was beautifully decorated for Christmas, and very welcoming. Beds were comfy, enough seating for family dinners, and a stocked kitchen to cook all our meals! Easy check in and communication with owner. Loved our stay and the memories made there! Thank you.

We were in for a tennis tournament and there were 15 of us and the house was awesome and the pool was beyond fantastic! Maudean and her husband were so accommodating for us and we didn’t want to leave! Would have given more stars if I could have! A+++++

Our Home Away From Home

We are repeat visitors to The Woods on Waterloo. It feels just like home when we walk in. The owners are spectacular. Whatever you think you need, they have it! The property is immaculate and oh so comfortable. The outdoor koi pond to the indoor aquarium we love it there. In fact, I’m always sad when it is time to leave. We cannot recommend this home highly enough! I love it there!

Perfect Group House

This house was perfect for our group. We were there for an out of town baseball tournament and four families all wanted to crash together. We had 6 adults and 8 kids and never once felt cramped. They thought of everything and the back yard is a dream. Nights winding down by the fire pit were our favorite!

This is special

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed at. Pictures online really don’t do it justice. It is more of an estate in a house really. Our three teenage boys absolutely loved the custom-made pool. The privacy was wonderful. Beds and sheets were so comfortable and the place was super clean. Five stars all around!

Surpassed all expectations! Amazing!

This was by far the very best rental experience. Maudean is an incredible host. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas- the icing on the cake. Entertaining family was so easy - there were plenty of spaces for puzzles, pool, foosball, playing guitar and just talking all at the same time. The kitchen had everything! What a nice touch: There were candy dishes that the kids took advantage of. We couldn’t have imagined anything better!

Great time!

We had a great time at Maudeans place and she was great to work with. Her home is very spacious and has plenty of room for guests. We would absolutely stay here again :) the only downside was the pool/hottub weren’t available due to it being chilly, we were really looking forward to the hottub but I guess it only works when it’s warm outside. Overall though, really great experience, great host and great time.

Family trip

This was the most amazing experience! Maudean was wonderful. She made check in seamless & gave us a full tour, showing us everything we needed to know! The pictures do not in any way do justice to the property. It was unbelievably beautiful. It was immaculate & fully stocked with everything we needed. I can not say enough to express the marvelous time & experience this has been. It was amazingly wonderful!

Additionally, it is easily accessible to the Softball Hall of Fame Stadium, the OKC Zoo and Planetarium, Remington Park and Casino as well as the Bricktown Entertainment area.
