We had no heat and were shocked that it was rented to us the yard was torn up with construction workers without at gas line to the house. It was also difficult to communicate and negotiate with the owner. I would absolutely not recommend this property

The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. We didn’t have pets, but I think if we did, they would’ve been fine.

Great place to stay for a family vacation!

Check in and check out was super easy, and the location was great; nice neighborhood and it wasn’t too far to drive to any attractions we wanted to see. The kids loved the pool too!

This house would have been perfect for our group but the host and cleanliness of the house were not great. There were toenail clippings in the bathtub, dirt all over the floor, making us question if the bedding had even been changed. The host was at the house when we arrived without identifying who he was checking on the pool so we were unable to access the full property when we got there. I called immediately about the uncleanliness not knowing the man outside was the host. He said would come clean but all he did was clean up the toenail clippings and a marker left on the floor. He compensated me the cleaning fee (which he didn’t want to do) for the uncleanliness of the house upon arrival.Day2: cockroaches made their appearance. We killed a minimum of 10 in one of the bedrooms. Killed several more in the kitchen. I immediately contacted the host and sent pictures. Only thing he offered to do was call an exterminator when we left. Day 3: I got a text saying he was at the house and going to go in and get the trash. I told him we were not comfortable with that as nobody was there and we had the house rented till the next day. That is when I got the phone call. He was extremely rude and proceeded to yell at me on the phone. I actually had to hang up on him. I asked for compensation for 1 night as we refused to stay in the room with the cockroach issue for 2 of the nights we were there. He told me he didnt have the money to offer any more of a refund. Beyond frustrated!

Pros: Liked the large commons spaces. The covered patio near pool was excellent. Furniture was comfortable. There was enough parking space for 5 vehicles, off street. AC kept up with an Oklahoma July summer heat. Cons: Little things were already damaged upon arrival. Not many cooking pots or mixing bowls. Beds are too tall from the floor.

Great Family Home

My extended family rented this house to celebrate our annual Christmas in June. It was less than 2Miles from my nieces house so half of us stayed at each location. The house is beautiful, spacious, and the pool was a plus!

Relaxing and perfect

The home was large enough to accommodate our family and extended family comfortably, and was close to anything we needed. The stay was cozy and perfect. Communication with the host was quick and informative. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

Christmas family trip

We were overall very happy with the house. It was very comfortable for all of us. They had a very nice Christmas tree setup in home. It could use some more and newer towels. Otherwise the home was great and would stay again in the future. towels.

Family Thanksgiving Gathering

Our family of 12 and 2 dogs camped for a Thanksgiving away from home so our grandparents could be with us. The house was large enough for everyone to have a bed, which was great! The living room was perfect for relaxing, and we especially enjoyed the fireplace. The kitchen worked out well for cooking our feast, and the extra long dining table accommodated everyone.

Family fun

House was great for what we needed. Family wedding in town so we were all able to stay together. Pool was enjoyed, host was prompt to reply and take care of needs. Would rent again for sure.

Loved the house. It was spacious. Glad kitchen had pots and pans. I did have to buy more towels for the pool. I left them there for the next renters. Overall enjoyable will come back again.

Family Reunion

The place is greatness! The pool was amazing and the kids loved it! We loved it considering we don't have one at home. We made the suggestion to management that they turn on the A/C ahead of time as when we arrived it was musty and hot and literally took all night to cool down. But it did and we had a great time!

Home away from home.

Me and my family (a group of 18) stayed here for two nights to have my wedding dinner. The house was very spacious for everyone to sleep comfortably. Typically I’m used to bringing all my own supplies however this home had just about everything we needed for cooking and bathing. The pool was awesome, the kids really enjoyed it! I would definitely recommend this home to anyone with big groups and families as it is very child friendly.

Large house, great for our family gathering. Well equipped kitchen. Nice bathrooms (it would be good to have more hand towels and washcloths) Great location.

Okay but wouldn't stay again.

The house worked for us and we had a great time with lots of space and comfortable beds. However I can't recommend it to anyone with mobility challenges as there are several grade changes upstairs, a large step up (and back down) at the main entry, and the stairwell to the second story has uneven risers throughout. The house has some minor deferred maintenance and was lacking basics such as a tea kettle, hair dryer, and only had 8 plastic tumblers for cold beverages and a single tea towel in the kitchen.

Great stay!!

Very nice property with large living spaces. Very clean. Nice neighborhood. Need more bath towels, but that is a minor thing. Definitely would stay again!

2023 Family/Friends Before Thanksgiving Dinner

The house was absolutely beautiful, welcoming, accommodating, and presented just as listed. Host was attentive to all needs. There are a few requests/needs: Needed more toilet tissue Tissue holders were loose Need oven mits and kitchen towels Need big/small mixing bowels Refrigerator door rack was broken (host notified during stay and he was willing to fix if needed☺️) We would most definitely rent again if needed.
