Located in a secure residence, this garden-level apartment offers outdoor living space that can be enjoyed year-round.
The entrance opens onto the main living area, which includes:
- Lounge space with a convertible sofa bed (160x200 cm) and smart TV
- Dining area and fully equipped open kitchen
- Large sliding doors leading to the private garden
Outdoor area:
- Furnished with outdoor lounge seating, dining table, and electric barbecue
- Private gate for direct access to the shared green spaces and play areas—no need to go through common hallways
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm), storage, and garden-facing window
- Bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower, and WC
The decor is simple and functional, with quality furnishings and amenities for an easy, independent stay.
A reserved parking space is located just outside the apartment entrance—very convenient for unloading.

From Cannes train station: 4 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot

- La Croisette & Beaches – 7 minutes by car or 25 minutes on foot. Fine sandy beaches, sun loungers, beach clubs—perfect for a relaxing day by the sea.
- La Croisette Promenade – 6 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot. Lined with palm trees, luxury hotels, and seaside terraces.

Outside of these hours, check-in is only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
