Apartment block "Le Puget", 5 storeys. In the district of Petit Juas, in the resort 400 m from the centre of Cannes, 650 m from the sea, 650 m from the beach. In the complex: lift. Shop 400 m, grocery 300 m, supermarket 500 m, bar, bakery, café 300 m, bus stop "Schaumann" 120 m, sandy beach "Croisette" 650 m. Sports harbour 800 m. Nearby attractions: Palais des Festivals 700 m, Le Suquet 1 km, Nice 31 km, Vieil Antibes 10 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Cannes, 5 km.
3-room apartment 65 m2 on 1st floor. Fully renovated in 2021, comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Exit to the terrace. Shower, sep. WC. We were a group of three so the area of the apartment was perfect. I have rented many apartments in this area close to everything within a five to seven minute walk. However, picking up and leaving the key to the apartment is a 40 minute walk or 15 minutes by taxi 20 euros, so it takes up a lot of time on arrival and departure. Then you want those you rent from to be able to check all the faults on arrival so that there are no problems any problems which faults existed before arrival. Now I had no problems with it but a thought for those who rent out.

Nice apartment

The apartment Le Puget in Cannes is very nice with lots of space and decent sized terrace to sit outdoors. The property is approx. twenty minute walk to sandy beaches. The main downside is that the Interhome office for key collection is on the other far side of Cannes. If using public transport this is a problem for older persons with luggage. Also the fact that keys need to be returned to the office on departure, if you have an early flight from Nice airport this is a problem.

Très bel appartement, mais...

Rien à redire par rapport à l'appartement que nous avons occupé pendant 4 jours. Celui-ci est flambant neuf, meublé avec goût, très épuré et d'une propreté irréprochable. Pour notre part, une machine à laver le linge aurait été la bienvenue. Dommage que l'une des plaques de cuisson ne fonctionnait pas. Seul gros bémol, aucune place de parc n'est disponible dans le quartier à moins d'opter pour un parking public relativement onéreux. Rapport qualité/prix un peu surfait.
