Accommodation: You will love this 2 rooms comfortable, renovated, bright, pretty as a heart, with terrace, quiet in a residence with swimming pool, a few seconds walk from the shops and a few minutes from the beaches. Inside the apartment you will find: - A cozy and cozy atmosphere that will delight young and old. - A beautiful living room with large windows opening onto the terrace, a dining area for 4 people, and a relaxation area with sofa bed for 2 people and flat screen TV. - The famous terrace with dining table for 4 people also and garden furniture. - A semi-open kitchen with everything you need, especially a Nespresso coffee maker (what else?) but also all the appliances, all the tableware... I mean, everything. - One bedroom with king size bed and storage. - A dressing room in the hallway to allow you to take even what you are not sure to wear. (Yes, we do.) - A shower room with as a bonus very nice tile. - Separate toilets in the entrance, but living it very well. THE STRONG POINTS - Nice residence, quiet, with swimming pool (access via the building next door), in a shopping area with an ambience to the village.- Location less than 10 minutes walk from the crusette beaches.- Fully renovated apartment, designed for short term rental, with very nice finishes.- Air-conditioned apartment.- Wifi connection because all you need is love and Wifi.- Free parking throughout the neighborhood CAUTION: Holidays and evenings are not tolerated, pets are not allowed out of small size and on request, and smokers are asked to reserve their cigarette break for outdoors ONLY. GEOGRAPHY COAST After a few steps on your avenue, Avenue du Maréchal June, you can, in less than a few minutes walk (subject to not showing bad faith by walking on your hands): - Go eat a pastry at one of the most famous pastriesmen in the city (Brito, sidewalk across the street!) - Take a walk to Palm Beach to eat a pizza at Jean-Jean's or to make a pétanque place de l'étang (8 minutes) - Walk out on the Croisette for a ride around Carrousel or a race of remotely controlled boats. (10 minutes) - Choose to empty your account in bank by chaining the shops street of Antibes (15 minutes) - Run along the steps of the Palais des Congrès (or go to work) (20/25 minutes on foot, less than 10 minutes by car). - Demonstrate imagination by walking through the city centre but only on sidewalks with odd numbers (all times) ARRIVATED INFOS & DEPARTS Linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, towels...)The essentials of your daily arrival (freezer shower, shampoo, coffee, water...) Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay. Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible). Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra. Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box. All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
