Your malice is matched only by your bad faith, dear sir! The more this case progresses, the more I think you've organized this whole thing from the beginning: you insisted on doing the check-in earlier than planned, even though we explained to you on several occasions that this was impossible because the cleaning teams had to work after the previous tenants had left (who left us a 4* rating... the previous 5*…😊). ) With your repeated insistence and our desire to always satisfy the customer, we let you drop off your luggage in the morning (you were supposed to drop off the luggage and come back for the official check-in time, 4 hours after…but the cleaning teams warned us that you had been walking around all the villa taking pictures... and that's when you took the opportunity to take pictures of towels drying or other perfectly normal situations while the cleaning teams were preparing the villa! ) After your stay you ask for a refund for the whole stay 😅, but what kind of world do you live in? You go to a restaurant and eat the appetizer, the main course, the bottle of wine, the dessert, the digestif... but you don't take the coffee and say that it was disgusting and that you don't want to pay? If we could avoid renting to certain tenants, I'm sure you'd be scoring 0 or negative! I sincerely hope I never have guests as dishonest and malicious as you again!

Vos retours sont précieux pour nous permettre de nous améliorer 😊 Nous comprenons que la distance des commerces puisse être un facteur important dans le choix d'un logement. Comme mentionné sur le descriptif, les commerces les plus proches se situent à environ 1 km (Super U et autres commerces notamment sur le Boulevard Carnot, puis le centre-ville a quelques centaines de mètres plus loin). Nous indiquons bien cette information dans notre annonce pour permettre à chacun de choisir le logement qui correspond le mieux à ses attentes mais nous tâcherons de le mettre plus en avant dorénavant 👍 Concernant l'équipement de la villa, n’hésitez pas à nous indiquer si un appareil en particulier vous aurait été utile, nous étudierons la possibilité de l'ajouter à notre équipement pour les prochains locataires et peut-être même pour vous si nous avons le plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau 🤩!
