HOUSING
A large living room welcomes you with its living area, its large smart TV and its direct access to a small terrace furnished with table and outdoor chairs.
The kitchen, modern and very well equipped, (delonghi coffee maker, oven, utensils in large number full kitchen battery, is semi-open on the living room (practice to receive).
Both bedrooms (both with TV, air conditioning, 160cm bed and large wardrobe) open directly onto the living room.
(Attention, however, one of the two rooms has no window, but a window that allows it to enjoy the brightness of its neighbour).
The bathroom is spacious, all marble and equipped with a large shower, with a laundry area (washing machine and dryer)
Important information: The living room and one of the bedrooms overlook the inner courtyard, and these two rooms are therefore subject to opposite (but shutters and veils are present in the apartment to preserve your privacy).

ACCESS TO PROPERTY
The apartment is on the first floor without elevator.
There is no parking provided for this accommodation, contact us to book a subscription to the nearest car park: Lamy parking a few meters from the apartment.

In the immediate vicinity of the accommodation you will find: restaurants in the commandant's square Lamy and at the top of the street of Antibes, but also a small supermarket two streets away, a bakery, a hair salon, a beauty salon...
You will reach the heart of the city (squared gold) in less than 5 minutes on foot, the Croisette in less than 8 minutes and the palace of festivals in about ten minutes.
A 20 minute walk will take you to the driveways (very lively in the evening, and in the Suquet district, the old town of Cannes not to be missed).

Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra.
Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.
All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
