This apartment is ideal for your family holiday or business stay.

The best of this accommodation are its **beautiful volumes** and **terrace** to fully enjoy the Cannois Sun.

**40m² apartment for up to 4 people**

• LIVING ROOM: Sofa bed (140x190), TV, air conditioning, opening onto the beautiful sunny terrace.

• SEMI-OPEN KITCHEN: Complete equipment (oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher) and a Breakfast Set (kettle, coffee machine, toaster), washing machine
⚠ Attention low passage of 1.70 meters in part of the kitchen

• BEDROOM 1: A Queensize bed (160x200) on the mezzanine, wardrobe

• BATHROOM: Shower, vanity with washbasin and toilet

• OUTDOOR SPACES: Terrace with a dining area and a bench seat for enjoy the terrace

- Household of the Dwelling -
The apartment as bedding and linen are cleaned exclusively by professionals, before and after rental (service included).
We provide you with a pair of sheets and a large bath towel per person. Any additional or degradation will average fees. Thank you for asking us in advance.

In order not to penalize your stay as well as that of the next tenants, thank you for making sure to remove as much sand from your belongings and your clothes/ shoes before entering the accommodation. Please do not put sand in the shower!

Comfortable stay

The property is clean and nicely decorated. Bathroom is renovated, and the kitchen well supplied. The balcony is a nice plus — does not get the sun but if you are comfortable in the shade it’s very pleasant. Location is a 10-min walk to the mid-Croisette area, and close to groceries, massage, hairdresser etc. It’s a longer walk to the Palais — 25 mins to walk and get inside to my event. Communication was good — check in was easy and they were very responsive when I had an issue with the electricity. It went out for a few hours during my stay and took a while to fix since the super was on a lunch break, but it did get fixed and was not an issue thereafter.Only one negative. About a week after I left I received photos from the management company accusing me of damage to the wall/stair area. They asked me to settle amicably, which I was of course willing to do, but I noted that I had no idea how it had happened — I didn’t carry anything up or down stairs to the sleeping mezzanine except myself, a book, and a glass of water. They got quite accusatory at that point which was very distressing — I’ve rented lots of properties over the years and always leave things clean and tidy. If anything has been damaged — a glass broken for example — I’ve always reported it and covered any cost. So to be accused of lying and not being willing to pay was just awful. I replied saying of course I was willing to settle to mutual satisfaction but heard nothing back. An upsetting end I’m afraid.

Hello Stéphanie, thank you for your comment and for highlighting all the positive points of this accommodation and our services, but it is always unpleasant when you receive a bad rating because there has been an involuntary deterioration in the accommodation, we contact you with great tact to try to understand what could have happened in order to make the repairs as best as possible (and it was not our intention to have an accusatory position towards you) otherwise we would not have asked you for an amicable arrangement, but we would have imposed it on you... perhaps the translation must have been poorly done because we were just trying to understand... our approach was purely friendly, it is a shame to receive a rating of 3/5 for that... especially since in the end you did not pay anything to make the repairs which will be at our expense, good luck to you, Julie

Es könnte so schön sein

Es könnte eine schöne Location sein, wenn nicht die kleinen Mängel wären. Die Möbel auf dem Balkon waren eine Katastrophe. Die Deckenfarbe fiel uns auf den Tisch. Kaum Schränke mit wenig Stauraum. Für Menschen über 178 cm nicht so gut geeignet. Die Lage und der Garten waren perfekt. Auto steht sicher.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est lumineux, vue sur le parc joliment arboré et fleuri. Idéalement situé à 2 pas du centre-ville (donc au calme) et de la mer. Un supermarché et une boulangerie vraiment tout près. Relation simple et efficace avec la property manager. En bref, une adresse à retenir

Appartamento perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione.Molto pulito, fornito di ogni comfort, cucina con grande dotazione di utensili e pentole.Arredamento curato. Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro di Cannes tranquillamente a piedi.Parcheggio gratis presente nella struttura (non so se in alta stagione sia facile parcheggiare).

Excellent emplacement

Petit appartement agréable, malgré ses particularités. Très bien situé à pied des commerces de la rue d’Antibes et de la Croisette. L’appartement se situe dans un bel édifice bien entretenu.
