Upon entering, a first living room with a TV corner (classic channels and Android TV) and a dining area. A few steps down, a dining room with large bay window opens onto the garden. The fully equipped open kitchen also has everything you need to cook comfortably on site. On the night side, three bedrooms in the main house: - A master suite with queen size bed (160x200 cm), bathroom with toilet - One bedroom with double bed (140x190 cm), adjoining a shower room - A third bedroom with double bed, shower room and toilet en suite - An independent toilet completes this part In the garden, an independent annex offers: - Night corner with double bed - A shower room with toilet sanibroyeur - A small office and an extra fridge The garden has a swimming pool of 4x4 m, warmable between April and October (ask to be made 3 days in advance). A shaded outdoor dining area with a summer kitchen equipped with a Ninja grill is also available. Parking possible for 2 to 3 cars inside the property.
