良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、ロケーション
The sands is a beautiful complex. The location is fabulous. The pool and hot tub were extremely nice. I enjoyed getting to know other residents and guests at the condo. I would encourage the condo owner to update a few things in the condo to make it a goos stay for long term rentals. I also purchased some small rugs for each side of the master bed. Getting out on a hardwood floor was not optimal. The mattresses need to be replaced. I ended up buying mattress toppers for both bedrooms as well as the pull out couch. If you say it is a6 person condo, I would expect the mattress on the sleeper sofa to be usable and not have to use an air mattress. The two chairs in the Living room were uncomfortable. The patio furniture was nice. However, the cushions on the loveseat and rocking chair need to be replaced. They were extremely uncomfortable. The blinds for the patio doors in all the rooms need to be replaced. They do not close or open well. I had a difficult time getting the shades on the lanai to work correctly. I was unable to secure them when needed, due to slight breezes, because all of the hooks were broken off, due to the age of the blinds. I also had a significant issue with another condo next to or below me smoking frequently on their lanai. Smoke rises and made it difficult to sit outside or leave the sliding doors open without the condo smelling like smoke. The kitchen was very nicely updated and outfitted. Lots of towels, pillows, blankets, were nice.
