Cute and Cozy! This charming 2 bedroom, 1 bath home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Entire home has been recently updated. Just minutes from some of Wichita's greatest attractions!

Minutes to the heart of Riverside, the Arkansas Riverside, Riverside Park, and Old Town. Easy access to major highways, Downtown, Shopping and Historic Old Town.

The space!!
It's been recently remodeled and updated with beautiful fixtures and great functionality. Walk into the cozy dining room and living room with large Smart TV, stylish seating and dining table with seating for 4 guests. The kitchen has been fully remodeled and is fully equipped with a refrigerator, electric range, coffee maker, and many other kitchen essentials. Off the kitchen is an in unit washer and dryer. The beautifully updated bathroom includes a walk-in shower, that is easy to use and convenient.

All smart TV’s allow you to sign into any streaming services that you have access to at home! Just sign in with your current TV provider or username and password and you are ready to watch your favorite shows, sports and movies! Cable service is not provided.

Please note that there is no dishwasher.

Parking is available in driveway to the right (east) of the house, or on the street in front of the home.

** Please note, guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their drivers license upon approval. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions.

Overall, the house was very nice and comfortable, easy to access and parking was simple. The full size bed had plastic on the mattress which made it extremely noisy. The bathroom needs hooks and towel bars and some sort of shelf to put toiletries on by the sink. Bedside tables on both sides of the beds would have been nice as well.

Unexpected visitor

This property has a lot of inside appeal. Outside still need to be redone. Has potential - many of the old homes are being redone in this area of Wichita. We did not have a good experience as there was a mouse in the house and it continued to run around the living room and into the bedroom. Called owner/manager and she did bring over traps and offered us another location. Issues like this are unforeseen but it was handled well and no hard feelings were exchanged.

Perfectly Homey and Quaint

It is very cute inside with everything you need. Complimentary snacks and coffee. Good Internet and Netflix, etc already programmed in which makes things so much easier. The main bedroom has a king size bed which is better than advertised but no tub, which I didn’t require, so no problem. Perfect for me and Emily was great!

The house was clean and remodeled. Emily was great to work with. House was located close to downtown in an older area that was very quiet.

Perfect for what I needed

The house was exactly what I needed. I was in the Wichita area watching my son play baseball. The house was conveniently located. It was very clean and wonderfully decorated. I would recommend.
