4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms with high ceilings, designer furniture and newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms.

Amazing location one block from Forsyth Park

One off street parking spot can be used behind the house if you have a compact vehicle and extra free public parking on the street.

This apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the home and requires use of stairs. There is no elevator so this is unsuitable for anyone who cannot walk up stairs

Beautiful home to stay in. Everywhere you looked there was an interesting and fun decor detail. The house had many vintage elements, but the kitchen and baths were updated and beautiful. Loved the location, right near Forsyth Park.

The closeness to Forsyth Park was amazing! We enjoyed walking every day and getting down to the riverfront and taking in the sights. The beds were very comfortable and the living room had plenty of seating for our group of eight. Three bathrooms with showers was a definite plus.

This house is beautiful and in a wonderful location! We had 7 people total, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The 3 full bathrooms made showers a breeze as well. We would definitely stay here again.

We had the best stay at this property near Forsyth Park! We were in town for the women’s-only half marathon, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect spot for our girls weekend.The location was ideal—close to everything, with easy access to Forsyth Park and all the charm Savannah has to offer. After race day, it was so nice to be able to walk, explore, and then come back and relax.The house itself was absolutely beautiful. Every room was thoughtfully decorated, full of color, personality, and fun touches that made it feel extra special. It truly felt like the perfect backdrop for a girls getaway—stylish, comfortable, and inviting.Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Plenty of space for our group, and we never felt cramped. It had that rare mix of being both aesthetically amazing and genuinely comfortable to stay in.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate, unwind, and make memories together. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone planning a girls trip to Savannah!

This property is a historic (Circa 1909) building which has been painstakingly renovated over the past couple of years. It is finally ready for guests to enjoy. The space is uniquely beautiful and the natural light, decor and finishes are sure to be an amazing backdrop for your vacation photos.

Forsyth Park has been an increasingly attractive destination for tourists visiting the Savannah area. Within steps of this home guests will find multiple locally owned shops (Le Chai, Brighter Day and Sentient Bean, a small microbrewery bar/store, a comic book store and a fine dining restaurant Local 11Ten in addition to "Betty Bombers" )

There is a Farmer's Market every Saturday morning. Public tennis courts are at this end of Forsyth Park so bring your raquets if your group likes to play!
