Convenient and quiet

Wife and I spent a month in this space. The host was amazing to work with! Space is super clean, recently renovated with lots of attention to detail! Location is very convenient to the Milford oval, literally a 10 minute walk where there are lots of amazing dining choices for any palate. We are looking forward to staying there again or any property with this host!

Old New England

The rental in located in downtown Milford, a small quaint New England town with well kept nicely lanscaped late 19th and early 20th century homes. It is very close to restaurants. We chose Grill 603 and Asanm for dinner. Both were very satisfactory but Ansam was Haitian, delightfully different! Saturday morning we breakfasted at the Cafe on the Oval which also earns our recommendation. We will likely stay here again.

Cozy Place to Stay

Overall, we found it to be a very nice and comfortable stay. The unit was well stocked and we wanted for nothing. The location was very convenient to Milford Oval businesses. We had a rental car, but it was a close and an easy walk to downtown so we walked often. We would definitely stay again. My only concern was check in communication. I'm a planner and knew I would be in airports and planes the day of check-in. I inquired about the process a day or so early so I wouldn't have to try and get info last minute on a busy travel day. I was told by the host I would receive check-in info 14 hours prior to check-in. We landed less than 2 hours prior to check-in and still no info. Coty was quick to respond and we got in on time, but that was a bit of stress that could have been avoided if I had received the info when requested.
