spacious bathtub, large dining table and comfy couches. A large inviting living room, front porch beautiful view and back deck and patio with BBQ grilling area to grill. Kitchen open with lots of open space. And I offer Turo services as well as for those who at need for rental car during your stay.
When you book our property for 7 days or more then, you will receive a flat of 10% discount.
When you book our property for 28 days or more then, you will receive a flat of 30% discount.

Nice property, responsive owner

Needed a place to stay while visiting family in the area. The property was clean, in a nice neighborhood, and the owner provided great customer service. Please note, the home does not have any king size beds. But the space provided was more than enough for our seven guest.

Family graduations

It was fine don’t expect a luxury home. Air conditioner is amazing so is the water pressure. List a king bed no king bed. Edgar was very good host check in was smooth. Great place if you just need a home base.

Good location, plenty of room

Three couples came to visit relatives in the area, and had more room than we needed! The owner responded to any question we had within 15 minutes - never had that happen.

Riverview Stay

Lovely home. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Home was very spacious & accommodating. Owner was readily available to respond to any inquiries. I'd definitely rent again if ever needed in the area.

Great Comfortable Home for Large family or group

The property was very comfortable. It was clean and had all the essentials. The bedrooms are very spacious and beds were comfortable. Edgar offered excellent customer service and check in was a breeze. Recommended for sure!

Great place

Really nice house it accommodated 7 people comfortably as we were in Tampa for a flag football tournament. No complaints at all. Would definitely recommend this place and would look at renting this house again in a similar situation.

Nice place to stay close to Alafia State Park

Very nice and quiet neighborhood

My dad and I really enjoyed our stay. We were in the area to attend a couple events and this location was conveniently located between them. The neighborhood was nice and quiet; for the number of vehicles parked in driveways and on the streets we saw very few people out walking around.Edgar, our host was very helpful in every way and replied almost instantly to our messages.The only negative issue I had was there were dirty clothes left over from a previous occupant. I’m sure it was just an oversight during cleaning and it certainly wasn’t something to make a big deal about.Overall it was a great place to stay and we will likely consider it again.

Nice house for the price

The property was overall very nice, but needs some updating as far as the rugs needing to be replaced. Very old and stained. The mattresses can be updated as well. The size of the beds also did not match with what it said the house was supposed to have. The sheets and comforters should be updated also. One bed was a queen and supposed to be 2 queen and one king.

Amazing

The property was as advertised. Very spacious and clean.The kitchen had everything you would need to prepare a meal. The house was close to Restaurants, Grocery Stores and Gas. I would definitely stay at this property again. Edgar was the best. I had asked if I could check in early and he said yes!. Thanks sooooo much for letting us check in early!

A nice home for family members to stay for a family wedding

This is a nice property. With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms this enabled us to have enough separate space for three brothers and their wives (all over 60 years old). The upstairs shower not associated with the main suite had a low flow. The home was nice and suitable but was starting to show its age. It could use a few more glassware such as drinking glasses and wine glasses. It could use a little touch up on the walls and floors, but it met our needs to stay together. It was a good location for a wedding venue outside of Tampa. The host was very prompt in answering our questions. This was an excellent value for a family to stay together.
