While this house offers total tranquility and relaxation, it's only a short drive from beautiful beaches and local attractions. The 5 bedroom, 3 bath home sleeps 15. This vacation home has a well appointed kitchen, several smart TV's, plenty of comfortable seating in the various living areas & screened in patio. Fire up the grill for a cookout, sit by the fire pit or enjoy the 'Hide Away' shack by the lake. Please feel free to reach out via app, I am available at all times. The property was great, it was spacious and clean for the most part. It was great for our short weekend trip. There is a Walmart close by which was perfect for grocery and essential needs. The host was communicative as we had some electrical issues but it was short term and resolved. Overall we would stay again.

Thank you so much for choosing my home for your stay. I do see that you're indicating that we had electrical issues. As I had indicated and sent you screenshots of the electric company. There was an outage that affected 300 homes, unfortunately that was completely out of my control. I tried my best to let you know when I did receive an update but again it wasn't anything I had the ability of fixing or I would have immediately resolve the issue.

Cathy was a great host and very attentive. Had a minor issue with the downstairs bathroom, Cathy came over in 10 minutes and resolved the issue. Beautiful home. Very spacious.

The house met my family’s needs for meeting up for the Thanksgiving holiday. The home is close to stores and restaurants. We had some difficulty balancing out the home’s temperature to a comfortable level upstairs and downstairs. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and well maintained home.

I'm sorry for then confusion, there are two central air conditioner units. There are TWO thermostats. Each operating each floor. I wish you had brought it up to my attention and I would have loved to assist.

A place for family to gather

Great week

The house was perfect for what we were looking for. We were here for a soccer tournament and after a long day out at the fields, the house made you feel like you were at home.

Eastbay winternationals 🏁

We had a group of 10. We were there for racing at Eastbay Raceway. This was a perfect location for us. The house was just as listed and very clean! The house is big enough for everyone to have their own space. Very comfortable home and close to restaurants, stores etc.

I'd stay here again

This home provided a great space for 6 adults plus 2 children (2yrs 1 yr). The bedrooms were nice size with very comfortable beds. We loved that there was one bedroom downstairs (used it for my elderly dad). The kitchen was pretty well stocked, and the patio was a great place to hang out, which included an outdoor kitchen. We enjoyed sitting outside by the lake, but just on the other side of the lake is route 75, so lots of traffic noise. Definitely not a quiet spot, but still enjoyable. Also of note, you can hear traffic during the night in the mater bedroom. My husband slept through it no problem, but without earplugs (which I used) or for a sensitive sleeper it should be noted.

Tampa’s weekend getaway

We had an excellent weekend getaway to celebrate my granddaughter’s 18 birthday. The property is spacious, clean and just as advertised. Location is perfect just few minutes from I75, outside of the city but easy access to everything. The best part is the property manager, she went far and beyond our expectations. I told her the reason for our weekend trip and she put birthday decorations, a basket with goodies and a birthday card for my granddaughter that was so unexpected and sweat. We had everything we need it, we put our car inside the garage and 2 more cars parked perfect in the driveway. I always have issues with mattress in rental properties but not here, there are games, TVs in all rooms and everything you need in the kitchen. The backyard of the house is also beautiful with a fire pit and a beautiful lake view. Overall excellent house and communication with the property manager.

The place was nice but she wanted to charge me for a piece of cake and a pot in the sink as a clean up fee and then the lights went out for the whole day Sunday and when I asked about giving me back at least giving me back some of my money cause we were without lights she tried to say the house smelled like smoke no one never smoked in her property I never got a bad review and I never wrote a bad review but no one has never wrote a bad review about me I've never smoked in anyone's property I wouldn't rent here again the neighbors said the lights in that neighborhood goes out a lot!

Hi Andrea, I want to acknowledge your review and provide some feedback. Regarding the two hours that the electric company turned off the electricity, that unfortunately was out of my control and I wasn't able to change that. It has never happened before nor have I had any issues previously. I do apologize that happened and wish there could have been something I could have done regarding that issue. Regarding the additional charge, you did not follow checkout instructions. It's a very simple instruction of throwing out your trash and placing the dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Unfortunately, I did get an invoice because there was food left behind. Food inside pots/pans, inside the refrigerator. Trash left throughout the house. Food, cups and plates left all over the upstairs as well and food left on the grill as well. There were cigarettes buds left inside the house, ashes on the floor indoors. Then, although there were two days between the next booking I did get a complaint from the next guests that they specifically booked at Lakeview Oasis because it was a none smoking home, due to allergies. I received that feedback even after airing the house for a couple days. The charge I have sent was to cover the bill provided to me due to the deep cleaning required after your departure. Also, I had to purchase an air purifier (which I did not charge to you) there were also marijuana buds (small pieces) that were in the upstairs bedroom. I have videos/pictures providing proof. I have never received a bad review on any of my platforms and have never provided a bad review. Most of my guests are respectful and follow the house rules. I will be following up with Vrvo regarding this matter. I hope you enjoy your day
