Brought to you by GetAway- Seascapes is a stunning 3rd-floor coastal retreat in Wells, Maine, offering breathtaking ocean views from the spacious private deck. Enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets while relaxing in this beautifully modern condo.
The unit features two bright bedrooms, including a master with a private 3/4 bath and its own private deck, and a second bedroom with two twin beds and a TV. The sunny living room has a pull-out sofa, TV, and cathedral ceilings, creating an open, airy space. The kitchen is sleek and contemporary, equipped with a dishwasher and all the essentials you need to prepare meals while enjoying incredible ocean views. A washer and dryer are included for your convenience. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and two bathrooms ensure comfort throughout your stay.
Just across from Wells Beach and close to the town center, shops, and restaurants, Seascapes combines modern comfort with seaside luxury. Linens are included, and propane refills for the grill are not provided.

Great Place!!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was very clean, interior recently updated, a short walk to the beach and the owner was a pleasure to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Awesome location! Aside from a few minor issues, the unit itself was very comfortable and great for accommodating up to four people. The one downside of this unit is that it's booked through VRBO, but contact is through a property management company. This made communication before our trip a little more complicated.

Great Beach House!

This was our second year staying at this beach house property. It is convenient for a family as it steps away from Wells Beach. The house itself is has a nice beachy feel and is clean and bright. We would absolutely recommend this lovely home!

The Perfect Stay!

From beginning to end, this was a great vacation! We’ve never gone through VRBO before, opting to stay in hotels instead. But, with COVID-19, we thought we’d try this instead. We could not have picked a better place. This condo is adorable, exceptionally clean, and stocked with everything we needed, including things we didn’t know we would. It is steps from the beach with beautiful views of both the ocean and the bay. It is centrally located you shopping and restaurants as well. We highly recommend!

Great vacation, a few snags

Property was nice. Close to the beach, and quiet. Upon our arrival some difficulty with door codes but was able to get help immediately (thanks Regine). Unfortunately our linens were not there, again Regine took care of that. Lastly, the bathroom door was warped and would not shut. (A little awkward )Someone was supposed to come the next day but no one came. Some cosmetic things should be addressed (outlet covers, paint on the porch, porch gate, damage to kitchen drawer, no shade on light over sink. Not trying to be overly picky but would elevate the property.

Such a great rental but managed by a 3rd party

This condo is clean and comfy. It currently has a great view of the estuary which may change with the new building going up next to it. :( The beds are super comfy and the kitchen was a great place to have coffee and sit at the table writing, reading or eating! It's a quick walk to Wells Beach and has a great little front porch. Unfortunately the property is listed on VRBO but managed by another party, so you have to also sign paperwork with them in addition to the VRBO process. The property manager was unaware that the owners had changed the lock code and the instructions for getting into the condo were standard instructions, not specific to getting into this particular property. This resulted in it taking over an hour to get inside which, if I were the owner, I would deem unacceptable for my guests. As a result I am giving it just a 3 star review. I would rent here again if it meant dealing just with VRBO or the owner directly.

Great condo in great location!

Super Clean, even cuter in person than in the pictures. Fantastic deck and views Close to beach and other amenities. Host was super helpful especially in this covid mess
