Located on snowflake lift this studio has it all. Newer queen mattress and additional sofa sleeper. This studio easily sleeps 3. Less than a 5 minute walk to all the hot spots the town has to offer. This building is one of the newer buildings in Breckenridge. Heated covered parking, indoor/outdoor hot tub and steam/sauna with gym onsite and laundry! Host can not guarantee access to any amenity due to unforeseen outage or maintenance being performed

The listed ad is NOT transparent. What's listed is not what you get. The following is a summary of issues: There is no conventional (forced ventilation) heat in this unit. The only heat provided is what's called electric radiant floor heat...this is simply heat strips below flooring that only heats the surface of the floor itself (NOT THE AIR TEMPERATURE IN THE ROOM). During very cold nights (as it was during my stay at 0 degrees F), the heated floor is not enough to provide a comfortable temperature in the room. This is not a 1 bedroom condo because there is no separate bedroom. It is an efficiency (or at best a Studio) because everything is in one room (except bathroom). It is a VERY SMALL AND CRAMPED UNIT!!The unit doesn't sleep 4. It has a queen bed, and a love seat with a pull-out twin mattress. Don't be fooled by the photo which has been stretched horizontally to make the love seat look like a full size couch. There is a 4 inch thick double mattress stuffed in the closet, but this doesn't qualify as a bed.There is no fireplace in the living space of the unit as the ad states. There isn't a single chair or table in the unit for seating and eating meals. There are only two TV trays.Although the room was clean, the bathroom was not. Significant black mold growing on various areas of grout between the tiles. Also, some on the ceiling. Needs remediation by a professional company....housekeeping cannot handle this problem with conventional products.

Host communicated well. There were two lights that probably had bulbs that were bad (microwave light which would light the counter and the light over the entry way. There was no hair dryer. The pull out bed is in dire need of replacement. Some recent painting had been done in the common areas (guessing the stairwell) and the odor was very strong of VOC's. Great location to access the Snowflage lift.

There was an odor throughout the building and some hallways blocked due to work being done. It’s not an easy walk to restaurants. The room itself was fine and would’ve been worth it if the snowflake lift was working. That could not be helped since due to a lack of snow. I did find a piece of glass on the carpeting which was a little disconcerting. I would try and stay again because of the proximity to the list, guessing later in the season the work/odor would be gone and the lift open.

Stay was excellent for just me traveling alone. Description and pictures are exactly as described. Great location to downtown and if it was ski season, had a lift right outside of property. Easy check in and check out. Owner let me know of fire system testing ahead of time so planned around that. Definitely appreciated.

Great location!

Skied in on Snowflake lift, skied out (although had to walk a bit because some of the snow had melted in April). The apartment is small, but our teenage kids slept on the floor. (pull out sofa not super comfortable for sleeping, and we slept on the very soft, comfortable bed. There is no table, so we used the very nice lobby to play cards. The mini kitchen was great - we prepared all of our meals there. The spa is great with a giant outdoor hot tub, and indoor hot tub, a steam room and a sauna! There are hikes starting right outside the building. This was perfect for us and pretty affordable. I would go back!

My sons and I enjoyed the convenience of staying at this Riverbend condo just steps from the Snowflake Lift. Communication was prompt and amenities were true to listing. Thanks for a great spring break getaway!

Property needs some maintenance

Shower head needs replaced. The couch foam mattress needs replaced. Foam was torn with missing pieces. Dog hair on couch. Shower tile had mold. Exhaust fan in bathroom needs replaced. Does owner of this property have a primary home in this condition?

Location!!!!

This property could not be closer to the Snowflake chair, so if you’re skiing it’s the place to be. The heated garage was also a great perk. Check-in was easy and the host was very gracious when we made a mistake with booking. It’s also maybe a 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants. We were able to prepare meals in the condo and there’s a grocery store super close as well. Would stay again.

Great stay!

This place was perfect for me and my 18 year old son. The ski lift is right outside the door, and Main Street is a 10 minute walk. Highly recommend!

Everything was great. The property was small as expected. There is not a 3rd bed, just the queen and the sofabed. Definitely recommend.

Quick Getaway to Breck

Loved the location of our condo. It was perfect for my son and I. Easy in and out and getting to the lift and equipment rental. Our Host was excellent communicating and met our needs. Thankful for a great trip and would definitely book again!
