Wailea Ekolu #906 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the 2nd floor with panoramic ocean views, air conditioning, and complimentary wifi. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans. The open kitchen was just fully renovated (Aug. 2023) and is fully stocked with everything you need! The master bedroom has a California king bed and the en suite bathroom features a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has two twin beds and the second bathroom has a walk-in shower. The living room also provides air conditioning and is equipped with a large flat-screen television. For outdoor activities, Wailea Ekolu #906 is equipped with beach chairs and beach towels.BBQ grills are not allowed on individual unit lanais in compliance with fire code restrictions. Community grilling stations are available. Sleeps 4.
Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.

Wailea Ekolu is one of most sought after properties in Wailea as it is nestled on the Wailea Golf Course. The property has a quiet and private atmosphere as the buildings are spread out across the lush tropical foliage. Wailea Ekolu has two lovely pool areas as well as a large pavilion area for larger groups. There are also additional barbecue and picnic areas on the grounds with panoramic views of the ocean and the sunsets.
The beautiful Mokapu and Ulua Beaches are just a 10 minute stroll down the hill from Wailea Ekolu. Wailea Ekolu is located on the Wailea Golf Course and is across the street from the Wailea Tennis Club making it the perfect destination for golfers and tennis enthusiasts. It is also near The Shops at Wailea. Fronting the beach is the Wailea Promenade where you can walk along the beach for miles. Whale watch, paddle board, body surf and watch the most amazing sunsets imaginable. Wailea Ekolu is a property where the guests return year after year for a restful and tranquil Hawaiian vacation.

Great view

Beautiful views off the lanai. This unit is starting to show its age. We had problems with the air conditioner, ceiling fan not working, sliding doors need adjusting,. Ancient beach chairs, but property manager on the ball replaced them immediately. No boogie boards, which was a drag, but I guess they don’t have to provide them. All in all not the best value for your money In Ekolu.

Lovely stay with spectacular views

Communication and check in was easy. Condo was clean, spacious and accurately depicted and described. But the best part was opening the shades each morning and taking in the incredible views of the ocean. We would definitely return.

Beautiful location with short drive to the beach.

Great location to walk to the Wailea shops and Kohola brewery. Not beach walkable but there is beach access not too far from the property. Property was well kept, could have used more paper towels as they only give you one small roll. Not many beach gear like similar condos in the area. Overall we would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loaction,views and cleaniness exceeded our expectations. Could have chairs in the sand in 10 minutes by car to various beaches including Maluaka where we were married 10 years ago when the hotel was still there. Sunsets and whale sightings from lanai were an extra bonus.We had issues with the AC unit in living room. It would loudly randomely run about twice an hour when powered off. Reported to PMC on 3rd day of our 15 day stay. Their handyman was unable to repair and the PMC said that they would have to reach out to the owners. We just unplugged the unit when not in use for the reaminder of our stay. The issue was never resolved during stay. The on the checkout day at 915am person came walking up to our unit carrying a bag; I thought he was an AC repair tech but he told us he was there to clean the unit and thought it was empty. Felt a little pressure to leave soon. I feel the PMC could improve on their communication.With all that said---We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Ekolu condo stay

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location and views, with renovated kitchen. Rest of unit is very dated and needs upgrading. Unit including lanai was not very clean. Check-in was uneventful and during stay did not require assistance from property manager.

Would stay here again!

Let me just say the view is everything! Complex is quiet (aside from some daytime mowing or nearby construction which didn’t bother us at all, especially if you’re out during the day), place is spacious, fully stocked with kitchen and beach supplies, and management is responsive and accommodating. Nearby shops, restaurants, and beaches are walkable and/or a short drive away. We had three of us working a couple days with video calls and had no issue with WiFi. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!

It was great having two bedrooms and baths, and laundry. The kitchen was fully stocked. Nice view from the deck. The a/c was a little weak, but ceiling fans helped. The beds were comfy. Lots of towels which was great. Beach towels and chairs provided. Cheap Uber ride to the local beaches, which beat fighting for parking. Definitely recommend.

Maui Wedding Vacation

Some of the family members also stayed at this location near the wedding venue. Beautiful area, golf course views. Clean comfortable 2 bedroom unit upstairs. Nicely decorated. Everything you need available in kitchen even though we only used coffee marker. Fans, air worked well. Only used ceiling fans at night. Would definitely stay here again. Able to see your unit on-line which is a good feature. Staff checked in on us when we arrived. Everyone we spoke to at the rental agency was friendly and courteous.

Wailea Ekolu is GREAT

We have stayed here at Ekolu many times over the years. Excellent location and amenities at good value. Nice and quiet, except sometimes early morning lawnmowers.
