Ideal for a couple or small family, this wonderful condo has all of the comforts needed to feel right at home in no time! Cozy up by the fireplace as a movie plays on the TV or head out to the private patio to sip a favorite drink as the sun goes down. When you get hungry, you'll have a full kitchen featuring a coffee maker, all of the major appliances, breakfast bar seating, and everything you will need to prepare tasty meals for the whole bunch. Free WiFi will keep you connected during your stay when you want to look up nearby attractions, stream videos, or simply share your favorite memories on social media. You'll have access to the outdoor pool in the summer months and a fire pit for evening gatherings with your traveling companions.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo was clean and a great location. Loved the heated pool! So close to Douglas Beach for great sunset pictures. Bed was pretty comfortable. Back door had problems staying locked, just had to be sure to put the bar to secure it. Loved being so close to Isabell’s

Convenient location

Service Poor

The property and pool on site were excellent. BUT the rear door wall would not lock and we called for assistance. No one came out for the 3 days we were onsite so we felt unsafe each night in an unlocked unit. The security bar also was damaged and did not work.

Veryt nice property and pool onsite. BUT we noted upon arrival that the door wall (rear sliding door) did not latch or lock. We were told someone would be out the next day so we slept the forst night in an unsafe unit. (Actuall my wife did not sleep at all due to this). No one came out the next day either and we were told to uyse the security bar. That was damaged and did not work at all. Safety should be priority number 1. In this case it was not even considered as a priority at all.

Perfect Place

This property was close to all places to go. Essy access. Loved the pool. The patio was wonderful for morning coffe or evening wine. Quiet and no loud disturbances. The only item i suggest for improvements would be to paint the baseboard and clean the grout in the shower better. We hope to be back again.

Not happy with management

The condo was lovely, we've stayed begore, but I couldn't get anyone to come and fix the tv issue. Tried every day of our stay and was just nlown off. Wouldn't book at Vacasa properties again.

Great location, great complex

Nice 1 BR unit. Unfortunately being a first floor unit can sometimes result in ant infestations during the summer season. We realized the extent of the infestation as we opened drawers etc. A quick ant bomb of the unit will fix the problem. The pots and pans need to be replaced and the shower drain was slow. A good unit just needs some minor attention to deep cleaning and replacement of common kitchen items to reflect the overall quality of the unit.

Great family vacation spot!

We really enjoyed our stay. The lower ratings weren't justified. The pool is large & clean, and the water temperature was perfect. The grounds are well maintained with beautiful landscaping and flowers. The bed was comfortable, and the pull out couch was big enough for my 2 younger kids. We had a WiFi connection issue that was promptly fixed and communication with management went well. We never did figure out where the key was to the fire pits, but wasn't a big deal as we stayed busy. The one small issue is that the pots and pans are not in good shape & need replaced. We had everything we needed for a great family trip and would definitely recommend this spot for a small family. We heard noise upstairs, but it wasn't evought to bother us, or anything that white noise won't solve.

Ok place, not the best upkeep

The place is cute enough and in a good location. The bathroom was smelly and the towels felt damp, which made me worried about whether they were properly cleaned or not. Also, I threw something in the washer just to find out the start button for the dryer was gone and didn't work. So I ended up with a soggy item I had to wait almost two days to dry. When I texted the property manager, I got this reply: "We have the replacement knob on order". I didn't respond from there, because honestly I found that reply a little uncaring/rude. They could have warned us that the dryer was out of order, and when I texted them, they could have at least added a "I'm sorry about that". I also added about the bathroom smell and towels, because they had texted me at check in about the cleanliness of the room. When I mentioned those two things, no response was given. My review is mainly to warn people that while this is a cute condo with potential, I didn't feel the property manager cared at all about the upkeep or the comfort level of their guests. We will not stay here again, and may avoid Vacasa rentals in the future.

Great location - quiet/peaceful. It is not far from the highway - just a short drive to Saugatuck and Holland. There’s a market / coffee shop adjacent to the property where you can get coffee and pastries, sandwiches, premade dinner items, ingredients for a meal, which is very convenient. The weather was too cool to enjoy the pool.

Northern Lights Stay

Overall a good experience. It was super windy during our stay and the metal decorative flags on top of the buildings move and were creaking loudly in the wind 24/7. Otherwise everything was good!

Nice getaway

Very nice and comfortable stay in this one bedroom condo. The walls were a little thin- definitely recommend ear plugs for sleeping. Otherwise, the set up is perfect for a couple. Grounds are well taken care and condo was clean

Cute Condo, but......

This was a cute condo for a reasonable price. It had a beautiful pool, which we enjoyed. There were some cons, though....the fire alarm kept going off, supposedly right after the HVAC system had been serviced. One of the fire alarms had a battery missing. Many expected amenities were missing. No blanket for the pull-out bed (which was also quite uncomfortable). No iron. No hairdryer. No plastic drinkware for by the pool. No safety bar for the tub. We contacted Vacasa. They fixed the fire alarm and sent the missing items over right away, so the management company was very responsive. The location was convenient.

NICE GETAWAY FOR A WEEKEND

This condo worked well for our family. We knew it would be a bit smaller than we are used to so were prepared for that. The pull-out sofa was about Queen size and could fit both teens. Sheets were provided and plenty of pillows but no comforters. We brought our small dog and this unit was dog friendly which was a plus. The unit was clean and had the basics for a comfortable short stay. I would recommend a sound machine or something to help with the noise from the unit above. It was not anything terrible during our stay but you could hear kids running in the early morning and the tv at night. The pool is fantastic!
