Ultra modern and luxurious, this new condo perched atop The Old Mill just opened as a vacation rental. Beautiful modern furniture along with luxury amenities, such as heated tile floors in the master bedroom, king size beds, and a garage for parking your car. Located close to the shops, restaurants and theaters in The Old Mill District as well as The Box District and Market of Choice. All are within walking distance. Sounds from the Les Schwab Amphitheater fill summer nights as you watch the sun set over the Cascades. The view will take your breath away! Beds and linens chosen for a good night sleep. The kitchen is well stocked for preparing meals in house. Parking is available in the garage where you will also find stand up paddle boards, river tubes, and the makings for a picnic in the park. This is truly a unique property in Bend.

Great location and property

This is a beautiful condo unit. Very clean, nicely decorated, and new. The location is perfect. Right by shops, restaurants and the river. We would stay here again in an instant.

Awesome condo

We were all impressed with the condo. Great location, great amenities and fabulous furnishings. The beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The e-bikes and river floats were an added bonus that were very much appreciated. We will definitely book this condo again!!

Post Christmas Ski Trip

Lovely condo and super convenient location in Mill District. We ate in the district every night. Modern amenities are deluxe and great. Being in the city was good. Didn't have a "mountain feel" of our other family ski trips but that's ok and we knew that going in. Highly recommend.
