Nothing but a dreamy and superb escapade is what Sunset Cabin has to offer! This two-story home is the perfect home base to enjoy everything McCall and Payette Lake have to offer! This home is perfect for a large family or two small families vacationing together. If weather permits, gather around the firepit for a fun evening telling stories or planning your next adventures, soak in the private outdoor hot tub to treat yourself and your sore muscles to a rejuvenating time, or grill some patties and veggies using the gas grill.

Inside, the main living space is located on the first floor, where a cozy living area with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and a large smart TV with Roku will be waiting for you. Feel free to stream your favorite series or movies and get ready for a fun evening at home! The fully-equipped kitchen will make cooking a breeze with all of its stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher to make things even easier. All three bedrooms are located on the first floor. The primary bedroom has access to the deck and backyard and an en suite full bath with a separate tub and steam shower. The other two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Upstairs is a nice and secluded family room with two bunk beds, a TV, and a full bath.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Location was great! Please get a new hot tub!

Loved the location, house was so cozy and had everything we needed. The hot tub was an issue…they tried to get someone to service it, but it was still cold in our last night. Besides that (which is huge for us) we would stay again.

Perfect summer getaway!

Came here with my family and extended family for a few nights and had the best time! The kids loved the bunk room upstairs! The location is great and is minutes to downtown. Everything was very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Was looking for a peaceful retreat while my partner hunted.

McCall Adventure

We had a wonderful time at the home. It was well stocked with blankets, pillows, & throws. The kitchen was also well equipped with all cooking needs. The road noise along Boydstun was loud in the morning but we knew it would be an issue upon booking.

Great home for larger groups with so many amenities.

We really enjoyed this home and its set up. We brought our 2 teens and a few of their cousins for a snowboard trip. The kitchen was well stocked far more then i expected. The loft space and large collection of board games kept them busy when we werent on the mountain. Only issues we had was i wish their were more towels. With a large group and the hot tub i felt like i was consetantly cleaning towles and a few areas needed addressing when it came to cleaning. Window seals had some bugs and the air return was heavily dusty. But know of this hendered are stay and i would definitely stay here again.

Great!

This was a great experience. We brought our foreign exchange student from Germany to stay in McCall and this was the perfect place to stay, had plenty of room to sleep for my husband, myself and my children we got to experience a fire with roasting marshmallows, and he definitely loved the hot tub.

Every amenity you will need!

I would give this rental a 5 star review if it weren’t for the broken window and torn cloth blind we found when we first arrived. Not sure what happened before we got there, but I reported it to Vacasa and was told someone would come to the house to take a look at it, but no one ever did. The house itself was very comfortable and had everything we possibly needed for our stay including lots of entertainment from the WiFi to kayaks and paddle boards, fishing gear and the hot tub and fire pit. We used everything and had a great time! This cabin is very close to the lake and downtown McCall. We will definitely book again!

Sunset Cabin in July!

Our family could not have been more pleased with the Sunset Cabin. When we arrived we found it to be in immaculate condition. The bedrooms and linens were cozy, the furniture was great, and the TVs all worked well. The hot tub was a big hit with the family. The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware, allowing us to cook at home and save money. And perhaps best of all, there was A/C- something we were not counting on but were so pleased to have. The owners clearly put a lot of work into making their home a 5-star destination. It is super close to downtown McCall and all of its amenities. We look forward to returning again. :)

Great place!

The description doesn't do it justice. Very nice house with all the conveniences you'd want. Great upstairs bedroom for kids and plenty roomy. Fast WiFi and easy access to town and ski resorts. Had a great week and would definitely come back

Snow perfect

The snow we came for was perfect! Beautiful house with lots of space for the whole family wonderful floor plan. Convenient to Mt Brundage and snowmobiling destinations in a lovely neighborhood. Well supplied kitchen, 2 car garage, cozy fireplace. Loved the hot tub at the end of a snow sports day. The boys enjoyed the foos ball game. This is a great home! Vacasa phone assist was a bit of a challenge . But we loved every minute of our stay and would come again . The fresh powder snow was really great!

Great Christmas vacation.

We stayed at the Sunset Cabin for Christmas, and has a great visit. The house was perfect. It was very clean inside. Good neighborhood and easy to find. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals at the house. The foosball table was a big hit. My kids enjoyed the hot tub. I would like to come back to this house in the summertime to enjoy the kayaks. Plenty of boardgames and television options. Great home we would definitely come back. Thank you!

Nice home. Near busy road. Hot tub was broken

Overall the house was fine. It is really nice inside and out. The beds and pillows were OK. There are a lot of extra linens and pillows which was nice. The kitchen is stocked with the basics which made cooking pretty easy. Our check in process was easy and smooth. Upon arrival we discovered that the hot tub was out of order, which really disappointed us because that was a big reason for choosing this house. We reached out to management and someone came out the next day and was unable to fix it. So that was a bummer to not have hot tub access. Also upon arrival we discovered the dishwasher was full and had to be unloaded… that was upsetting because I didn’t expect to do other peoples dishes on vacation. The house is on the corner of a pretty busy road, so consider that if you have small children. Good, clean house for families.

It’s the little thinga

This house has a great layout and location. I picked this property for the hot tub specifically as we had a infant granddaughter with us and we loved the idea of staying in evenings. We were notified the day before that the hot tub was not working. There were also several electrical outlets not working so the issue is bigger than just the hot tub 😔 we had the cleaning service still in the home upon arrival and the house was less than desired as far as cleanliness. Although the house could be amazing, it fell short of our expectations.
