BEST BEACH LOCATION!! Beautiful condo completely renovated directly on S Gulfview Blvd where you want to be. Steps to the beach. Queen bed and pullout queen sofa in the common area. Electric romantic fireplace. flat screen plasma TV. Heated swimming pool. Walk or Uber everywhere, you don't need a car in this location. Large coffee maker w all the extras included. Microwave oven, utensils ,dishes, glasses. We have beach chairs but you can also rent on the beach w umbrellas as well. Restaurants, bars, shops, boating. parasailing, fishing, boat boat sightseeing on the water, laundry room on the property. THERE IS A GREAT RESTAURANT BAR DIRECTLY NEXT DOOR CALLED SALTYS. Florida's #1 RATED BEACH IN THE COUNTRY.

The Perfect Getaway

My girlfriend & I really enjoyed this property. It was perfect for just the 2 of us. Literally steps from everything! We spent a lot of the time at the beach which is only steps away. Hosts, Scott & Sabrina provide EVERYTHING for the beach!! Chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, (a pack n play if needed). Communication with our hosts was a breeze. Scott always answered our questions within minutes! We had breakfast every morning at Saltys Beach Cafe right next door. LOTS of bars & restaurants in walking distance. Our favorites were Coco’s Crush Bar & Jimmys Crows Nest. There’s a Surf Style about a block or 2 away that has a nice grocery section. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you again to our hosts!!

Nice Long Weekend Away with Family

Great stay, inside of condo was as advertised. This condo gave us a good landing spot to enjoy the beach, which was only a block away catch a Phillies spring training game, an easy 20-minute ride. .A few things that we didn't realize that this was originally a hotel and some of the units are now considered condos while others still are hotel rooms. We were unable to use the pool as there were many many guests that were using it, half the pool was floating rafts etc and the other half were screaming children. The noise would start at 8am and continue until about 11pm every night. It could be that they were hotel guests and it won't affect others stay, but thought i would point it out. The only weird thing about the condo itself is that the toilet seat was much smaller than the actual toilet which made it uncomfortable when going to bathroom. But overall it was a great stay and Scott provided a great list of restaurants in the area that we enjoyed.

Seahorse condo/Clearwater Beach

What a charming place to stay!so close to the beach and everything else you may want to do! The pool was quiet and relaxing,the condo was great? Clean and comfy... Scott reached out a few times to make sure everything was ok...we will definitely be back 😊💯

Good place to stay

We found the property to be very clean. The unit appeared to be newly renovated and I found Scott to be very accommodating and friendly. Only a short walk to beach and restaurants or shops. Would recommend.
