Overlooking the sparkling bay and marina in Clearwater, enjoy a relaxing retreat for 2 (or 4) in this top floor studio condominium. Equipped with a comfy queen bed, plus a queen sleeper sofa for addl’ guests. Relax in the jacuzzi jetted tub/shower combo with clean towels for bath, beach and pool. Efficiency kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, coffee pot, cooktop and cookware for a comfortable inclusive stay. Enjoy the Florida famous skyline colors that can be seen from the balcony plus a beautiful view of the marina and bay water. Common areas for tenants in building include heated swimming pool and bbq grill with outdoor seating and a coin laundry room for your convenience. Also included with your rental is a dedicated parking space near the elevator and street parking for additional vehicles if needed. Nestled in-between Sand Key Beach and Clearwater Beach with beach chairs included for your choice of a Gulf View. Only an 11 minute walk to Clearwater Beach and a short bike ride or trolley ride to Sand Key Beach. Plus delicious restaurants, live music, and shopping in walking distance of your rental unit. Easy check in and out, owners were very detailed in communication, great location near sand key and Clearwater beaches plus restaurants and bars. The added bonus of a parking spot was a nice addition compared to the surrounding hotels with 40-50 per day parking rates. A couple nice beach chairs, boogie boards and pool toys for kids are another bonus! Small studio style one room condo setup with small kitchenette but functional for two people not planning to cook at the condo and using as a crash pad.

A relaxing weekend

We enjoyed our stay. The room worked out well for us, and the walk to the beach wasn't too far. My main complaint was that there wasn't a hot tub, when the amenities description stated there was one. I chose thos property over one closer to the beach, mainly for the hot tub. There was a

Awesome getaway

We have stayed at this condo complex many times. This is the first time we stayed in this particular unit. It was just lovely, comfortable quiet everything you could ask for. Communication with the owner was top-notch highly recommend. Thank you for a nice weekend.

It is off the strip so there were loud cars that would drive by and it woke us up each night. Pillows were way too soft. Blankets are more like thick sheets. Host could stand to invest in some heavier blankets for people who need more warmth. Thee was only one wash cloth available and no toiletries for our family of three. Contacted host and they said that the cleaning crew must have missed that part. Host was very communicative and went above and beyond to assist us with a matter after our stay. I wouldn't stay here again because it was too small for our family of three and I need to make sure there are proper bathing necessities. But I'm sure other people will find it suitable.

Awesome quick getaway

Perfect little property to stay at in what i felt was a quiet part of the area. It was safe to walk some at night and has the best little breakfast spot across the street. Very close to multiple beaches and easy area to navigate.

Great studio and location!!

Get A Way

This Condo was clean and the balcony was inviting it overlooked the marina. We loved the area and enjoyed Bicycling . The pool area was nice as well the water was perfect for a swim after the beach .

Spring getaway

Bill and Mendy were very prompt in communicating with us. The unit was very adequate for us and our little dog. Wonderful view of yacht club and the water.

Great place to stay

Excellent location, very clean, walking distance to many eateries, shops. Pool was nice, sunrise off the balcony was amazing. Great experience, we'll definitely be back, ty ! 😁

The balcony and sunrise was amazing. The unit had everything we needed and was clean. Our furbabies enjoyed the patio also. The pool was heated perfectly. It was a great getaway.

Perfect place and location

Loved the place ….Very pleased with the stay, owners communicated from beginning to end. Very close to restaurants and shops. Room was exactly as stated , wish TV was a little bigger but it worked well. Nice area! Only issue we had was The elevator didn’t want to go down on certain days. But other days it worked fine . Will recommend and probably return again !
