Have adventures with the whole family in this modern/luxury Kanab townhouse that can sleep 9 people and garage 2 cars.

Within walking distance to downtown Kanab, you'll love using this home as a basecamp as you explore one of the most amazing areas on planet earth.

Our home has 2 levels, the main floor houses the gathering areas such as the kitchen, living room, dining room, half bath and entry.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook, as well as a coffee and tea station.

Upstairs we have 3 bedrooms. One master suite with an en suite bathroom, and a king size bed, as well as a work station, and TV. The second bedroom also features a king size bed and TV, as well as access to the roof top terrace. The third bedroom has two twin over twin bunk beds, as well as a TV and access to the rooftop terrace.

We also have a queen air mattress to accommodate more guests, as well as a pack and play for infants.

The home has a two car garage that can fit two vehicles. The home is in the heart of downtown Kanab, and within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and more.

This rental was perfect for our stay in Kanab. We were able to explore Kanab and be minutes from our tour company that took us out to the Great Chamber and Peakaboo Canyon. We also made a day trip to the North Rim. Very central location to explore Zion, Page and the North Rim. The rental had everything you could need, wonderful property.

We were so glad this was available for a last minute trip to Kanab. It fit our group comfortably and was clean. We found what we needed in the kitchen to prep our meals and loved having a washer and dryer to use. The only thing I would have liked more was a more comfortable bed. That could come down to personal preference, but they seemed to be lacking a little. But overall a great place in a great location.

It was a great location close to Zion and Bryce Canyon. The town had lots of options for food and we enjoyed walking around. The house had everything we needed and it was very quiet at night! The only hiccup was the hot tub wasn’t working but our host was easy to be reached and made sure we were compensated, and was going to get it fixed. Overall it was a great stay!

This house was great. The location is great, the house was clean and spacious. We loved the hot tub, the candy dispenser things for kids, and the comfortable living room/tv set up. This was a great time place to stay for all of our nearby adventures.

My family of 6 had a very pleasant stay. Everything was clean and orderly. We had no issues with the location or the property. The hot tub was a nice bonus after a long day of hiking.

the house was in a great location. it was clean and well stocked. hot tub was ready to go and was serviced during our stay. beds were comfy and the bunk room was perfect for our kids. we would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area. The only thing missing to make this house perfect is a grill!

Fabulous rental located close to town !

This beautiful rental was located super close to town .. an easy walk to the best restaurants! Also convenient location to Bryce and Zion and Page . Do yourself a favor and book this rental for you and your family.

This is a really comfortable condo for our family of four. It’s centrally located in Kanab and served as a great base location for our vacation. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. There are plenty of cooking utensils and spices on hand, although only 5 drinking glasses. There was plenty of room for our family of four and we didn’t feel on top of one another. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return.
