Perfect for holidays with family or friends, this 35 m² studio can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it enjoys an east-facing position with a view of the Mont Blanc mountain range and has a terrace. You will be ideally located at the foot of the ski slopes.

Studio layout:

- Sleeping area in the entrance hall with bunk beds (90 x 200 cm).
- Living room with 1 pull-out bed (90 x 200 cm), a sofa bed and a dining area.
- Kitchenette equipped with 2 electric hobs, mini-oven and refrigerator, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.
- Bathroom with bath and washbasin.
- Separate toilet.

Additional facilities: shared car park in front of the residence. Pets allowed.
