Welcome to the stunning 21 Lakes Luxury Villa at Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club. This property is conveniently located in the heart of central Florida.

If you are looking for fun and adventure – you are minutes away from Disney World, Sea World, and endless food and shopping.

Our pricing includes free wifi, Sonos surround sound theater, free private heated pool (Nov-Mar) to 80 degrees, Apple TV with over 975 movies and tv series, a beautiful view of a world-class golf course, and much more! We have added stainless steel 2021 Samsung smart kitchen suite (refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher), 2021 Samsung washer and dryer, brand new iron/ironing board, hairdryers, etc. Come make lasting memories at this unique and family-friendly villa. This property has a smart doorbell and two flood light security cameras on the outside - one floodlight camera over the garage door and one over the pool.

Legoland Time

Perfect place to stay with just a short drive to Legoland. Home was perfect for the little kids to spread out and have space. Home was very clean and well stocked. Neighborhood was gated, friendly and quiet. Beautiful home.

Great golf getaway, close to Disney and Universal.

Comfortable, home makes for a great stay. Really enjoyed the large smart TVs, and all new appliances. The owners are very accommodating and work to ensure that the property exceeds expectations. We can't wait to visit again. This will be our home away from home when in central Florida.

Top notch property and host

We travel frequently as a family and this was one of our favorite properties. Once you have rented multiple properties it becomes clear which owners take pride in their properties and truly care about their guest experience during their stay. Daniel’s property definitely falls in that category. We were in the area for a emergency and spent nearly two weeks there and can’t think of a thing that Daniel could have done to make our stay more comfortable. We highly recommend this property and will definitely stay there again when visiting family in the future.

Well equipped home

The home was very nice and likely the most well-equipped house we have ever rented. The only downside was the pool heat which was supposed to be included was never on the 10 days we were there. Also the light in the pool did not work.

Gorgeous Home

Wow- this place is amazing! It was clean, spacious & comfy. We enjoyed time with family. The location was perfect- we could walk to the 2 community pools, gym, Walmart, Dollar Tree & Winn Dixie. We were also close to restaurants & other stores by car. We enjoyed the pool at the house too- nice to relax after a busy day! Daniel was very quick to respond whenever we had a question about the property. He communicated with us prior to our arrival & even wished us a Happy 4th! Our family looks forward to staying here again while visiting family in Florida. Thanks for the awesome week at your gorgeous place.

Amazing property, amenities, location and owner!

Daniel's home is just that - a home away from home! All the rooms are complete w/clean and comfortable furniture, the kitchen very well stocked with many of the 'pantry items' you need for dining in, so check out the cupboards and pantry before your trip the grocery store (2 right around the corner). Daniel catered to our every request and need in a very timely fashion. He is one of the best owners we have worked with! The neighborhood is around a beautiful golf course so the morning walks are lovely and the heated pool awesome for a quick dip upon your return! I highly recommend booking w/Daniel if you want to walk in and know that your stay will be relaxing, and all of your comforts complete!!

Terrible - dirty pool and charged for things that we didn’t do

House is little but nice. But the pool was always dirty. Also after departure we blamed and charge for many things that we didn’t do. The manager of property does not even listen Terrible. Do not use this property.
