**Sleeping Arrangements:**
- **The Santa Clause Room:** Unwind in a king-sized bed surrounded by the cozy charm of *The Santa Clause*. Enjoy the privacy of your own bathroom and spacious walk-in closet.
- **The Elf Room:** Snuggle into a queen bed inspired by Buddy the Elf’s festive cheer, perfect for spreading joy.
- **The Polar Express Room:** Embrace the adventure with bunk beds that feature two full-sized mattresses. Ideal for kids or the young at heart! Did we mention there's an XBOX in here as well?

BIG BONUS! Every room has its own SmartTV, so no problem if you can't agree on what to watch!

- **Bathrooms:** Two full bathrooms, including a private one in the Santa Clause room and another shared between the Elf and Polar Express rooms.
- **Living Room:** Immerse yourself in a traditional Christmas setting, with warm decorations and a cozy atmosphere perfect for relaxing or entertaining. My favorite part? There's even an electric fireplace! It has heat for when you want it, or just the crackling sounds when you want to set the mood!
- **Patio:** Enjoy the Florida sunshine or a starry evening on our inviting patio.
- **Game Room:** Get competitive in our festive garage game room with a pool table, ping pong table, and a giant Connect 4 game. Plus, two electric scooters are available for your fun excursions! *Use scooters at your own risk*
