The second bedroom features a king-size bed, a flat screen TV, and access to a second bathroom with a custom tiled shower. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room, accommodating additional guests.

This was a comfortable little space. So peaceful and relaxing. We slept so good while we were there. It was nice to look out over the golf course every morning.

Great spot

Enjoyed location to our golfing spots and a great view of the course off back patio. Clean condo, nice furniture, comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again.

Quite and Cozy

Tim and Kait were on point with communication throughout our 3 day stay. Condo was clean and updated with all the creature comforts you need. Really enjoyed coffee on the screened in porch over looking the fairway on the golf course in the mornings! Highly recommend!

Great Stay

Two month stay

Property owner, Tim, was excellent. We had a few small problems but he quickly resolved them. He is very responsive. The property could use Some updating. Pleasant neighbors.

Excellent Condo and Location!

Our stay in Southern Pines was fantastic! The property and surrounding community met all our expectations. The hosts were wonderful to deal with and anticipated our needs. The property manual was an excellent resource. If we ever travel North Carolina again, we will be sure to stay at this condo.

Loved this property

I was here on a contract assignment. Tim was phenomenal to work with. The property was super clean and Tim responded to every question I had. Super great neighborhood, I felt safe, and my dog loved running on the golf course after hours. I will definitely return if I have another contract out this way.

Quiet Retreat

This property was the perfect location for a quiet retreat. Everything was provided and just as described. This immaculate condo is located right on the golf course, so it was nice to watch the golfers while sipping a hot cup of coffee in the screened in back porch. I did not hear the neighbors at all the entire weekend. Checking out was a breeze as the owners have truly thought of everything.

Great place

We stayed for 4 weeks, very nice condo, nice area. Tim was very responsive and promptly answered emails. After 2 weeks there was an issue with the cable. Tim immediately worked to have this resolved. The router needed to be replaced and Tim had all resolved within hours! These things can happen, and we were very appreciative with Tim’s quick response. Thank you again Tim!

Comfortable Stay with our Pups

We found the condo to be charmimg and just what we needed in a pinch. We were traveling for a family funeral on short notice and needed to bring our 2 Mini-Bernedoodles. They are pretty well behaved but definitely love to bark at squirrels and people. We did our best to keep them quiet and we were happy with the outcome. The screened porch was perfect for morning coffee and to watch the golfers, as well as good quiet time to reflect!! It's location was easy access to food and shopping down Rt 1, just an 8 minute drive. Our host Tim stayed in contact with us explaining the process and checking on anything we might need. The only thing we didn’t care for is you either pick-up/pay for the damage insurance or pay a deposit. We are always super careful when we stay at properties and we've never needed any repairs. Even with the dogs. Even with this, we'd definitely stay again!

Perfect stay for Pinehurst

We were in town for youth golf tournament at Pinehurst. It was so delightful to have a home to relax in. We actually came in directly from another youth golf tournament in Miami. We were staying at a resort hotel in Doral. While it was very nice, it was without the comforts of a home. Upon arrival, we dropped our stuff at this lovely condo and then enjoyed a dinner a the Sly Fox (highly recommended British style pub) After that, we hit the grocery store. I was able to cook for everyone in the well appointed kitchen and while my son and husband played a practice round on #2 as I was able to get some laundry done! These hosts were very communicative and the property is just lovely. It’s close to all things golf, it’s quiet, and has all you need for a stay. I recommend these hosts. Thank you Tim and Kait!
