The Space:

Get ready to kick back and enjoy everything this spacious 7th-floor condo has to offer! With jaw-dropping views of the Gulf’s sugar-white sands and emerald waters, this is the perfect spot to relax, recharge, and soak up the beach vibes.



This condo was made for gathering! The open-concept design lets you flow from the fully stocked kitchen to the dining and living areas, making it easy to cook, connect, and chill with your favorite people. Step out onto the Gulf-front balcony to sip your morning coffee or toast the sunset—it’s the ultimate hangout spot with a view.



With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for everyone. Wheelchair accessibility was requested and the main bedroom had a large mirror in the hallway into the bedroom which impedes entry. Also, there were too many knickknacks for small children to reach. Outdoor chairs were used as dining room chairs. The condo was nice, don’t get me wrong. Handicap accessible is different than wheelchair accessible.

Excellent stay!

Great condo!

Excellent condo that served all our needs. The 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms were just what we needed with 6 adults and one child. Each bedroom was spacious with ample room. The full-size kitchen was big enough for several adults prepping at the same time. The unit was very clean when we arrived. The amenities at Broadmoor are always appreciated and enjoyed. When we arrived fairly late, we couldn't access the internet. A quick email and the very next morning a technician arrived and reset the router/modem. We loved everything about this unit and will definitely be back if it's available!

Thanksgiving Holiday Week

We have stayed multiple years in Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area. We absolutely love it. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The views are absolutely amazing. We had an issue with the door code, but they quickly resolved the issue for us. We will be back in the future.

5 night beach getaway

We really did enjoy our stay. Awesome views from the kitchen, living room areas. The master bedroom had the best rising sun views. All the bedrooms has some kind of views which is really nice!! Any questions, were responded to quickly. We would definitely stay again. We had my elderly Mom with us, so she really enjoyed being in the condo, & balcony even if she could not go down to the beach with us. view's

Beach vacay

Condo room was very nice and roomy. Parking was a nightmare !!! We wouldn’t stay here again for parking alone! Beach access was super easy and closer than most condos. Be sure to bring any seasonings you need including salt and pepper.

Great place, great beach!

Great place to stay and great beach and area! Have very sensitive allergies and seemed like pets may have been in the condo, but not visibly noticeable by any means. We'll be back to Orange Beach for sure!

Beautiful condo and great beach access!

We have been to Orange Beach many times in this condo was definitely one of the nicest. It’s beautifully decorated and a very short walk to the beach. Only downside was that the icemaker did not work and they couldn’t get it fixed during our stay. Would’ve been nice to know prior to arrival so we could’ve prepared. Also, the barstools are in need of some minor repair and the hairdryer is broken. Small things and easily fixable. Overall, would likely return here.

Great place!

This property was very clean and in a great location!! Just walk out of the elevator and out to the beach!! Our ONLY problem was having to get 3 different key codes before the door would open and the property did not have a sign out front large enough to see. But other than that, I would certainly go again!!!

Enjoyable location

We very much enjoyed our stay in 701Broadmoor. The condo was very nice, clean, and more than met our needs. The construction in the parking area was a pain, but should be completed very soon.

Wonderful Vacation Rental will be back.

We truly enjoyed this vacation rental. Everything was clean and so spacious. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. There were plenty of blankets and pillows. The beach was less crowded and the quick 0.4 mile walk to Flora Bama for a famous Buschwacker was wonderful. The walk to the beach was a very easy one and ideal for our 5 year old. Only negative was not with the condo unit but with the parking. Our first day it was impossible to find parking but after people left it was a lot better. We did talk to the manager and within the next few months the parking garage will be completed and open up a lot more parking. It was only a minor inconvenience on day one, after that it wasn't a problem. We will be staying in this unit again. All positives and 5 stars.

Perfect Location

We loved this property. The location was perfect. The view was amazing. The layout of the condo was awesome. We had everything we needed and it was exactly as listed. If we had any suggestions for improvement it would be to update the mattress’s especially in the primary bedroom. But we would definitely stay in this unit again.

Quite Condo

Condo was beautiful. Had a great view of the ocean and was plenty of room for everyone. The toilet in the master bath messed up took about 2 days to fix which was not the condo owners fault. The parking was very tight and cramped and half of it was blocked off I guess for renovations. Outside of parking condo was great so gave it a 4 star.

Awesome

This is the first time staying in a condo on the Gulf! We were not disappointed in anything. The beach view was awesome, the walk to the beach was very short, the pictures were exactly how the condo appeared. It was very refreshing to have a beautiful place to stay at the end of our beach days! Highly recommend.

Post Wedding Relaxation

My son was in a wedding and we relaxed for a few days after at Orange Beach. We had plenty of room and privacy with the layout of the condo. The eating and den area were large enough to accommodate our family comfortably. The view was beautiful and the amenities were plenty. I especially appreciated the ease of catching an elevator and availability of carts for moving luggage. The leasing agent was very easy to communicate with and we had no problems during our stay. We will rent this unit again in the future.
