ROSE Vacances offers you this charming studio of 35 m² located on the 4th floor with lift, in the peaceful Rue Voltaire in Angers. This bright and air-conditioned accommodation offers a comfortable and functional living environment, perfect for a stay alone, as a couple or with friends, in a lively and well-served neighbourhood.

Capacity: up to 3 people.



The accommodation consists of:

Living area: a double bed, single sofa bed, television, wifi, dining table and storage.

Open kitchen: oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle and coffee machine (PHILIPS L'OR BARISTA).

Private bathroom: shower, WC, heated towel rail, washbasin and towel dryer.



Easy, paid and secure parking at the "Fleur d'eau" car park (5 mins on foot).



Location:

Located in a quiet building with a lift, this studio benefits from a central location, in the immediate vicinity of shops, transport links, and just a few minutes' walk from Angers city centre.

-2 mins on foot from Place du Ralliement (heart of the city centre).

Arrival: from 4pm (not before)

Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)



Accommodation prepared for your arrival

End of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included.



Checkout Instructions Mandatory

Thank you for:

Washing and putting away the dishes

Emptying the refrigerator

Taking out the bins to the designated locations

Gathering used laundry in the entrance

In case of non-compliance, a surcharge will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).



48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

Instructions for your independent arrival

Your digital welcome booklet: how the accommodation works, Wi-Fi, coffee maker, parking tips bin information
