Escape to The Nook, our cozy and comfortable 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom retreat in Abilene! Relax and unwind with the convenience of a TV and a kitchenette, with complimentary coffee provided.

Our quiet and safe neighborhood is just minutes away from ACU, HSU, Hendrick Medical Center, and The Abilene Expo. The Nook is also conveniently located near shopping and restaurants.

The Nook offers a cozy living and dining space perfect for two. With an attached full bathroom, kitchenette and walk-in closet, The Nook has everything you need to feel at home.

You will love The Nook's comfortable queen bed, smart TV and fast reliable wireless internet.

The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dinnerware, eating utensils, wine glasses and bottle openers. The Nook also offers a Keurig coffee maker and plenty of K-Cups, as well as creamer and sugar.

With a fenced-in, shared backyard, The Nook is a great place to enjoy the day or catch one of those famous West Texas sunsets.

Forget the hassle of keeping up with house keys. Access The Nook using our secure and easy to use, keyless entry system! Our August Smart Lock system allows you lock and unlock The Nook with your smartphone. Don’t want to download another app? We have you covered! We are happy to issue you a unique code that can be entered into a keypad affixed to the outside of The Nook.

The Nook offers off-street parking for up to 2 vehicles which is accessible from the alley behind the main residence. Parking on the street is available and free, should you need it.

Quaint small cottage very close and convenient to ACU. The parking spaces are right outside the entrance to the Nook. Large walk-in closet to keep everything out of the main space. Quiet and peaceful area. We would definitely stay here again!
