Discover the perfect vacation retreat in Southeast Cape Coral, Florida! This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably sleeps 8, featuring a double queen bedroom and two king bedrooms, ideal for families or groups. Conveniently located just 10 minutes from Cape Coral Beach and the nearby boat ramp at the popular Boat House Restaurant, adventure and relaxation are at your doorstep.
Enjoy a short 20-minute drive to Ft. Myers Beach or downtown Ft. Myers, or take a 15-minute trip to the scenic Sanibel Causeway. Traveling is a breeze with both Punta Gorda and Southwest Florida International Airports just 25 minutes away. Whether you're here for sun-soaked beaches, boating, or exploring the vibrant local scene, this home is perfectly situated to make your Florida vacation unforgettable!

Close to downtown cape, tarpons point, cape harbor and the cape coral beach

Pool is heated by a heat pump during the winter months ONLY. We keep the temperature on 86 but it’s not guaranteed because unusually cool nights or cold fronts will make it hard for the heater to maintain 85 degrees. It’s rare in southwest Florida but cold fronts do happen. Summer Inside of the home is kept at 72. HVAC is only meant to remove humidity and cool 18-20 degrees cooler than outside. There are a lot of 100 degree days. We are at the mercy of the weather and mechanical limitations. If you expect 60 degrees inside in south Florida during the summer, stay north. Come visit us in the fall and winter. Subtropical summers. Bicycles available to rent with free delivery. Once booked link will be sent.

This home is set up for our personal use. It has everything you need to enjoy yourself and cook meals. I love to cook and having the shelves stocked was very important. When I fly in I have instacart deliver the meat and potatoes because there are dozens of spices, Butcher knives, dinnerware, silverware, Weber grill outside etc! The home is very centrally located between the two major airports, Punta Gorda and Southwest Florida, and both are 30 minutes drive. Also the location allows one to travel to other major destinations in a few hours or less. We're about 2 hours from Miami and Key Largo, 5 hours form Key West and less than an hour from Naples and Captiva. And Of course Ft Meyers beach and Sanibel are both 25 minutes away. A great service in the area is the Key West Express. This is a large boat that leaves around 7:30am and arrives in Key West in 3.5-4.5 hours. You can spend the day and leave at 6pm or stay overnight and catch the boat back any day you decide on. There is Top Golf and Cape Coral water park too! The entertainment options are endless.
