Your search for your Indy home is over! Come stay in our beautiful newly remodeled home close to it ALL! We are a close drive to EVERYTHING you could need downtown including the convention center, sport stadiums, mall, dining, everything is within a short drive. House has gone through an extensive remodel and EVERYTHING is brand NEW! New floors, new beds, new mattresses, even have Disney+ for the little ones! We look forward to being your home away from home while in Indy!

Great Near North Indianapolis Location

Recently completely remodeled luxury house. Well stocked with furniture, TV’s, and cooking equipment and appliances. Easy highway access and close to downtown. Check out Bocca restaurant within walking distance. Outstanding eatery.

Nice house and host.

Had a few strangers wonder on to property during our stay. Neighbor hood not the best.

Beautiful home!

The home is remodeled beautifully. Gorgeous bathrooms and kitchen. Master bathroom main light was burned out, so we moved in a lamp. Neighbors across the street and next door were noisy--next door outdoor dog barked throughout the night

The house was pretty nice on the inside. UNTIL We started to strip the sheets for checkout. The mattress cover had nasty NASTY Stains that were there way too long without trying to be washed out or just replace the mattress cover There is no parking. PERIOD! They say public street parking, but good luck getting a spot by the house. Access to the house is from the back door only - WHY??? Just put the key pad on the front door! No one wants to traipse through a weed infested back yard to open the back door and open the front door for the rest of the people?????House is in a rundown area. No one bothered us, but it was Very Unnerving to have to go into a dark unlit back yard at night in the dark to unlock the house every nightHost would not reply once we checked in. There were no check out instructions???? I texted and called repeatedly to find out what to do to check out but they never answered?? Lucky for them we stayed at multiple brb,s so knew to strip the sheets pillow cases and put by the washer. Could not put in the washer because there were already clothes I. There when we arrived. I sent a text asking what to do with them, but the owner never replied. - Good thing we did not need to wash clothes???House was probably remodeled a few years ago. It is not as clean as the old pictures show. Grime built up on the baseboards. Air vents full of dust and debris. Marks on the walls and holes in the walls Kitchen was very nice and had all the utensils and gadgets
