This property is very cute and the location is amazingly convenient to get down to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and it was very easy to get in contact with the property manager when we needed help. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beach stay.

We had a blast and was well worth the stay.great people and would highly recommend beach just a few steps and you are on the beach and has a beautiful few at the wake way to the rooms as well

Great location! Literally about 20 steps from the hosedown area to the steps up to our unit. Complex has a dedicated beach overlooking gazebo that is the only one like it we could see. Enjoyed our stay!

We have rented a condo at Beach Front several times and have been pleased with each one. Beach Front is a great location. The condo was clean and recently had several updates including kitchen appliances and living room furniture. We had plenty of towels and enough dishes. Deana very promptly responded to any communications. We love the fact that the beach is just a few steps from the condo. We will definitely look to rent here again!

It was a great location, with easy access to everything. Being on the top floor adds a few extra steps but was definitely worth it.

Liked the fact that I didn’t have the added expense of parking or hidden fees. Nice short walk to the beach. Next trip I book will definitely be coming back. Nice and comfy condo.

Clean place, literally on the beach pictures do no lie! Very accommodating host was offered extended stay for a pro rata rate. Will definitely do this place again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, comfortable and cozy, and located conveniently on the beach. It was great staying here for a Alabama get-away. We would definitely consider renting again.

Severe mold all in ac system ,duct work and vents that they tried to paint over so no one would notice . Advised the owner of it and wouldn't get a response back.If I could give zero stars I would.Check the Google review for a full detail and pictures of this "wonderful" place (sarcasm)《

We are sorry that you were unhappy with your stay at the condo. During your stay, you reported concerns about mold. We responded to your message by asking when a convenient time for our maintenance team would be to come by and inspect the condo, AC system, and ductwork. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response to our offer to investigate the concerns while you were still at the property. You remained at the condo for an additional three nights, and we did not receive any further communication regarding the mold concerns during that time. Following your departure, we promptly hired an AC company to inspect the AC system and ductwork, and our maintenance team also inspected the condo. Neither inspection found mold in the condo or AC system as described in the review. AC vent covers can naturally develop some mildew buildup in high-humidity coastal environments. They are cleaned on a regular basis. We have never intentionally painted over mold or attempted to conceal a mold problem. We take legitimate concerns about the condition of our property seriously and would have gladly investigated the reported concern during your stay had we received a response to our offer. We work hard to maintain a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained property, as reflected in the many positive reviews from our guests. We take pride in providing a positive experience for everyone who stays with us.

this was a great property and right on the beach made it easy to carry our chairs and umbrellas to the beach. Also, parking was great with assigned parking spaces under the building. it also gave you room to put your beach paraphernalia in front of your parked vehicle. Had picnic tables next to the grills for outside cooking while watching the ocean waves roll in and out. Host directions and communications were accurate and timely.
