Welcome to unit 600 at blu Condominium, a gorgeous 4BR/3BA, condo right on Fort Walton Beach. This top floor, Gulf front condo would make a great beach getaway. Designed to maximize functionality and appointed with modern furnishings, this condominium offers excellent unobstructed Gulf views, exquisite decor, ceramic tile floors and an unbelievable ambiance. The kitchen is state of the art and features amazing views, a gas range, nice cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. The spacious living/dining area is great for entertaining with its open concept layout, oversized Gulf front balcony and unobstructed Gulf views. There are four guest bedrooms, one of which features a bay facing private balcony with en suite bathroom that can also be accessed from the main hallway, the media/bunk room and another guest bedroom of which features it's own private en-suite bathroom. The Gulf front master suite has access to the spacious balcony, walk-in closet and the en suite master bathroom offers an upscale retreat with it's over-sized soaker tub and tile surround, separate glass enclosed shower and large double vanity. blu Condominium is a 47 unit Gulf Front condominium complex located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Building amenities include two large gulf front pools (one heated), gated entry, fire pit, gas grilling areas, hot tub, fitness room, & 2 elevators. Fantastic stay at a fantastic location!

Our stay in unit 600 at Blu was perfection! We loved the location and the condo fit all of our needs for two families with a wide age-range of children. Everything was well-stocked and we hardly had to provide anything of our own while we were there. The unit was incredibly spacious and beautiful. Ahead of our trip, Shea stayed in good contact with us and made sure we had everything we needed for check-in. We loved everything about it and definitely want to come back for another fabulous vacation!

Moms beach trip

I travel to the gulf on average 5-7 times each summer bc we are only a 4 hour commute away and we love the beach! I have rented so many units over the years and had great experiences but never once booked the same unit twice (now I have booked the same resort/condo before). This unit was everything we were looking for: quiet, clean, amazing beds/linens, beautiful resort, great location-it checked every box. We have already contacted the company to book for next year and picked out dates. I can’t say enough great things about this place and unit.

3rd annual girls trip

Everything was great! Location, condo etc. Short walk on the pier to the beach, beautiful pools. Close to crab island. I could go on. Communication with the owner was great! Quick to respond and keep us up to date. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for a long weekend on the Emerald Coast

The condo was gorgeous. We loved that there were three King beds (also a set of double bunks which we did not use, but nice for kids). Living area was very comfortable and the balcony was a nice place to kick back and read a book, have a drink or just chat. We're all obsessed with the kitchen backsplash. Well appointed unit. The beach was beautiful and a little less crowded than in front of other buildings which was really nice. The umbrella and chair rental was so convenient, so were the beach towels in the unit - thank you! We watched the sun rise - magical. We ate at The Shack (delicious) and took a Tiki cruise in Destin (highly recommend!) Also the armament museum is out by the airport and is a free and fascinating look at planes, weapons and more. To sum it up - our trip was too short, we'll stay longer next time!

Labor Day stay

The room was absolutely amazing!!! Excellent communication from the property owner!!! The room was very clean and very accommodating! I love that there are nice size televisions in every room. Really appreciate having access to beach accessories and beach towels. The weather was not great, but we were able to enjoy the room! Will definitely be staying there again!!!!

Vacation stay

The condo was very clean and very nice. Great area. Only have one complaint. I think the umbrella rental should be included in the room rates. They had umbrellas and chairs but it was too much to haul to the beach and back in the afternoon. Other than that it was nice.

Great Place!

My family and I all agreed that this was the nicest place we have ever stayed! It was very clean and neat. The description is 100% accurate. The owner was extremely helpful and very polite. We will definitely be planning to stay here again!

Perfect!!

The place was just as listed, beautiful!! Very clean. Very convenient to the beach. The big pool was nice when we couldn't get in the water at the beach one day. Communication with the host was friendly and quick. Definitely would recommend staying here. And we will be back again!!

Beautiful newer condo

My group was attracted to this condo because it had 3 king sized beds and a bathroom for each of the 3 main bedrooms. The condo was well appointed and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook each meal That is very important to our group, as we are self proclaimed foodies. The common areas were always nice and clean and sweet smelling. We had some communication issues getting into the condo, but I take responsibility for that because I’m not very techno-savy and older. The only real down side is that this unit is on the left side of the building so you could not watch the sunset from your balcony. We just went to the end of hallway on the 6 th floor or down to the pool and beach area. The third bedroom could use a new mattress or a mattress topper for older backs. The other 2 bedrooms had wonderfully comfortable beds. Our group travels together all the time, we would definitely come back to The Blu!

Beautiful and Luxurious

When we walked in to the unit, we were blown away by the decor and aesthetic, and it flows from room to room throughout the entire unit. We walked outside, and the view of the ocean was spectacular, and the view of the bay was also great from the other bedrooms. The master bed was very comfortable, and the amenities at Blue such as the heated pool really helped make our stay complete. We have to make this a yearly tradition.

Beautiful beach getaway

This is a beautiful beach front condo on a quiet area of Walton Beach. The views are amazing! We sat on the outdoor balcony and watched dolphins play in the ocean! There is direct beach access from the property to the beach. There are outdoor beach showers. And two pools on the property. The condo was very clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed, including enough toiletries to start our stay, beach chairs, toys, cart, and beach towels. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances including a coffee maker (and a small pack of ground), blender, toaster and fryer. Check in and check out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Parking, property rules, access codes were all well explained and properly provided. The beds were very comfortable. The sofas and chairs were very comfortable. The condo is in a quiet neighborhood, just a short drive to Publix Supermarket, and restaurants/eateries. Overall, this was a great place to stay. Definitely recommend it!

Birthday Celebration for the matriarch of the family turning 97.

We chose this beautifully appointed condo as we were 3 families travelling together and it provided 3 Master Bedrooms as well as a bunk room for the teenager travelling with us. The 6th floor location overlooked the ocean with ample seating on the outdoor porch for conversation and or reading. The Condo was very clean and comfortable and the owner very responsive. Perfect place for spending time with family especially our 97yr old mother! This condo was a great find!

We are 4 partners from Tennessee. We work in banking, fuel wholesale, irrigation and low voltage lighting, & semi-retirement. A couple of us are in northwest Tennessee and the other two of us reside in middle Tennessee. We love the volunteer state, but we also love visiting the sunshine state. We love our TN Vol football and Rocky Top!!! When we aren't working on our many endeavors we enjoy visiting Okaloosa Island and relaxing on the beautiful beaches and visiting nearby attractions.

This property is a new condo located in the heart of Okaloosa Island. We are located in the penthouse on the 6th floor overlooking the beautiful white sandy beaches. We have two ocean front swimming pools (one heated), hot tub, picnic tables, fire pit, & gas grilling area. All steps away from our private beach. The condo is modern, sleek and bright. Everything you need for a wonderful relaxing getaway.

We are a short distance from anything you could need. One of our favorite restaurants is McGuire's Irish Pub which is 7.2 miles from us over the bridge entering Destin. We also enjoyed Robinson's Cruse Thru for to go tacos, enchiladas, & burritos. Its a drive thru where you can pick up a quick lunch or dinner along with any beverages you may want to fill your coolers with. We also went into Ft. Walton and had lunch at Burrito Del Sol close by and it was all fresh and great food. There are a few mini golfs nearby, the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, and The Boardwalk, Okaloosa Island all minutes away from Bare Necessities. There is a Wal-Mart Supercenter 6.9 miles from Blu. There is a Tom Thumb about a 1/2 mile from blu. There is a Publix Grocery Store 2.5 miles from blu. There is a CVS, Sam's Club, & Dollar General close by also. The address to blu Condominium is 858 Scallop Ct. Ft. Walton Beach, FL if you would like to check out the surrounding area on Google maps before making your decision, but we think its a perfect location with everything you could possibly need very close by, so you have more time to spend with family & friends on the beach.
