Our second stay at this property, for a reason. Lots of space for activities. Completely enclosed so no worries about the kiddos. Kitchen is well equipped too.

Honestly one of the best stays I have had everything was good nothing really bad to say about the place other then the pool it was dirty before we checked in and throughout the whole and we asked for it to be cleaned but other then that not much to say

Fantastic Host

House was great, very clean with comfortable beds. However the best thing was the host, she made everything feel like home. She was very prompt to answer any questions we had.

Do not judge a book by the Cover

I can say when we first went the outside picture online isnt what yhe house looks like in real life but i know time and sun breaks things down, the house inside was amazing the kids loved having there own pool verses have a hotel pool that had to be shared. We had a very nice stay. Comfortable beds the perfect get away but still felt at home .

It was beautiful we enjoyed our time there it was very relaxing place to stay.. kids love it there they had fun swimming in the pool and they got excited when they saw some iguanas. Overall it was very clean and beautiful home. Good communication with the host.

Good Time

I loved my stay in this beautiful house in Miami! The accommodation was spacious, clean, well decorated and ideally located to enjoy the city. Everything was exactly as in the pictures, if not better. The host was very friendly, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. I highly recommend this house for a comfortable and worry-free stay in Miami. I will come back with pleasure!

Fabulous Palm Tree Paradise !

Oh my gosh, this house was so nice! The location is great in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, but close to everything you may need.It is a large house and was furnished with everything you could need, and I mean everything. Very nicely decorated as well. Two of the bedrooms are slightly better than the third one, which is missing a closet or way to hang up clothes and could use some extension cords to make it easier to plug your phone in at night. But the beds are so comfortable! The backyard is by far the best part. The pool and palm trees are beautiful and I could spend hours there. You will see a large variety of natural life, nice setting for eating outside as well. The patio furniture could potentially use some TLC but overall still nice. I did see a review mention that the floor of the pool was a little rough and I would agree with that, but easily fixed with some pool shoes. We were here for late December/early January and the water was a tad cold. Supposedly there’s a heater but you’re not allowed to change it. Will definitely come back

Great Location

We found the location PERFECT! And the backyard IS SENSATIONAL!!!! But, due to the muggy weather, we did not really get to enjoy it, except its beautiful view from inside. We did get off to a rocky start... We did not find the property handicap appropriate, as advertised: there were several tripping hazards inside and out. Thankfully, no one got hurt badly. There are no handicap bars in either bathroom and master shower tile is VERY SLIPPERY (needs a mat). In addition, I'm not sure how the home "sleeps 10"? We were only 3, so we were comfortable having beds, each to ourselves. I did enjoy the pool one morning... Bring aquasocks as the pool finish is quite rough on the feet... And, again, not handicap or senior friendly, as there is no railing at steps, so "the moms" couldn't even go in. We stay at many VRBOs and have never had to clean our kitchen or wash our towels..only strip beds. (Dishwasher is not operable). All in all we made the best of our stay in this roomy home in a wonderful location.. There has definitely been water damage in the main area of the house, as we were hit by an extreme musty smell upon entering and based on the warping of the lovely wood floors. But we got used to it over time and thankfully it did not waft to the bedrooms. The property owner was quite responsive to our inquiries at the beginning of our stay. Just a few modifications to the home and to the written listing would easily improve this property from a 7/10 to an 10/10.

Nice but not perfect

The pool was not clean when we got there and the floors were different levels. But other than that, it was very nice. Large living and dining room, large clean kitchen and huge back yard.

Great location for space Kennedy centre

Everything was great here. Rooms were large, beds were comfy, place was clean, the area was quite, pool was great and the backyard was huge!. We had a few questions when we arrived and the host was very quick to respond. It is only a 15 minute drive to Sawgrass Mills, 20 minutes to the Space Centre, Publix is about a 5 minute drive and Walmart is about a 10 minute drive. The only negative thing was that there was no dishwasher so we just bought paper plates. We would definitely stay here again.

Great family stay

We enjoyed the layout, pool, the large tables inside and out worked great for our group of 6 to play cards. Pocket doors were a little noisy in bathrooms so if you have light sleepers, that could be hard for them if you have early risers. Everything was great, a few beach chairs we used were handy.

Spacious and Private

Plenty of space to relax. Sufficient dishes and cookware for meals, but must hand wash because you are asked not to use the dishwasher. A few listed amenities were not there (i.e. hot tub/spa, fire pit) It has updated smart TVs with streaming services. Some updates have been done to home, but overall maintenance and repair is lacking. Pool heater was not working when we arrived. Host sent people over the next two days to repair. Pool never got warm while we were there because it was on a timer and wasn't on long enough to re-heat. Backyard is very nice and private.
