This two-story home with WIFI , smart Tv and natural textures features a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, arcade game room, formal dining room, breakfast bar, laundry room, and a fully equipped kitchen that connects to a private deck with BBQ and lounge set. You can easily choose to entertain your family and friends at the beach or a spend a relaxing day in your home away from home. All bathrooms are equipped with essentials that include hair dryers and towels.
 
 
The upstairs has 3 bedrooms with arcade game room, 2 full bathrooms. One bedroom sleeps a couple nicely on a queen bed. A crib is available to accommodate new parents in this room. The second bedroom is suited for up to 5 children with a twin bunk and a twin/full bunk. The arcade room could sleep up at least 2 adults , master bedroom at the end of the hall has a king size bed, large smart TV, ensuite bath with oversized double vanities and a large shower. It’s a mini resort with your very own natural palm tree!
 
The downstairs has a cozy living area, dining table that can accommodate 8, a breakfast bar for convenience, and a kitchen for cooking lavishly or microwaving and air fryer for leftovers. Plastic plates/cups/utensils are offered for the children or to lighten your load. A highchair and BOB jogging stroller is also available. We have a spacious first floor bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet, and its own bathroom.
 
The Grande Point provides it’s residence/guests with access to a pool, umbrellas, boogie boards, chairs, and floats. Parking for 3 vehicles is provided in the paved parking pad in front of the home.
