The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming 28 m² cottage for rent in Eppe-Sauvage, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. It comprises a lovely 13 m² living area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom (with a bath). Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 13 m² living area with a TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- An open-plan kitchenette, equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hob…
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with a bath and toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: high chair, washing machine, cot and fan.

The cottage is ideally situated in Eppe-Sauvage, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
